أسست الرياض وباريس، بالزيارة الرسمية لولي العهد لفرنسا، حقبة جديدة من التنسيق والتعاون المشترك في مختلف الأصعدة، وفتحت الزيارة آفاقاً وأبعاداً عديدة تمتد بشاراتها على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي، في تعزيز السلم والاستقرار ونزع التوترات في المنطقة والعالم.
وأكدت الزيارة، أن الشراكة بين البلدين تجاوزت التفاهمات الموسمية إلى ثنائية مشتركة تتسم بالتنسيق الكامل في محاور السياسة والاقتصاد والثقافة والاستثمار والسياحة والدفاع، في خطوة وصفها مراقبون، بأنها نقلة تاريخية في العلاقة التي تربط بين البلدين الصديقين.
وأكد الرئيس الفرنسي، أن زيارة ولي العهد تمثل خطوة مهمة أمام تحديات المنطقة، وأن باريس والرياض دعتا إلى السلام والاستقرار، مشيراً إلى أن التنسيق والتعاون السعودي الفرنسي المشترك يشمل مجالات عدة ومشاريع كبرى وتقنيات متطورة واستثمارات وفعاليات دولية.
وأشاد مجلس الوزراء، برئاسة خادم الحرمين الشريفين في جلسته أمس، بالزيارة وبما أكدته المحادثات من متانة العلاقات التاريخية بين البلدين والرغبة المشتركة في تعميق تعاونهما الإستراتيجي على مختلف الأصعدة، كما رحب المجلس بمخرجات الاجتماع الأول لمجلس الشراكة الإستراتيجية السعودي الفرنسي وما اشتمل عليه من إطلاق مبادرات جديدة واتفاقيات ومذكرات تفاهم..
إن الترحيب الواسع من قيادة البلدين بالزيارة، تجسد الإرادة المشتركة نحو بناء علاقة إستراتيجية مستدامة تؤسس للسلم والاستقرار والرفاه للبلدين ولكافة دول المنطقة.
Riyadh and Paris, through the official visit of the Crown Prince to France, have established a new era of coordination and joint cooperation across various levels. The visit has opened up numerous horizons and dimensions, extending its implications on both regional and international fronts, in promoting peace and stability and reducing tensions in the region and the world.
The visit confirmed that the partnership between the two countries has transcended seasonal understandings to a shared bilateral relationship characterized by full coordination in the areas of politics, economy, culture, investment, tourism, and defense. Observers have described this step as a historic leap in the relationship between the two friendly countries.
The French President emphasized that the Crown Prince's visit represents an important step in facing the challenges of the region, and that Paris and Riyadh have called for peace and stability, noting that the joint Saudi-French coordination and cooperation encompasses several fields, major projects, advanced technologies, investments, and international events.
The Council of Ministers, chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in its session yesterday, praised the visit and what the discussions confirmed about the strength of the historical relations between the two countries and the mutual desire to deepen their strategic cooperation across various levels. The council also welcomed the outcomes of the first meeting of the Saudi-French Strategic Partnership Council and the new initiatives, agreements, and memoranda of understanding it included.
The wide welcome from the leadership of both countries for the visit embodies the shared will to build a sustainable strategic relationship that lays the foundation for peace, stability, and prosperity for both countries and for all the countries in the region.
