عجّل شروع شركة الصحة القابضة في توثيق عقود عمل الموظفين عبر منصة «قوى» التابعة لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، بتطبيق التصنيف السعودي الموحد للمهن على مسميات موظفي التجمعات الصحية، بعد نحو سبع سنوات من صدور قرار مجلس الوزراء المنظم للتصنيف، وتعتمد المنصة المهن والمسميات وفق التصنيف المعتمد، بما يستوجب مواءمة المسمى الوظيفي عند توثيق العقود.
وأعلنت وكالة الوزارة للموارد البشرية، ممثلة في الإدارة العامة للتوظيف والاستقطاب بوزارة الصحة الشهر الماضي، خدمة الوصف الوظيفي، في توجيه جاء تمشياً مع قرار مجلس الوزراء في 24/10/1441 هـ، المتضمن تطبيق دليل التصنيف السعودي الموحد للمهن، والذي ينظم تصنيف المهن وأوصافها ورموزها ضمن وحدات مهنية تتفرع من مجموعة رئيسية، فرعية وثانوية ويساهم في تحديد مهام وأعمال المهن بشكل دقيق وواضح.
وبدأت تجمعات صحية تطبيق التصنيف على مسميات موظفيها، في خطوة تستهدف مواءمة المسميات والأوصاف الوظيفية، وتحديد مهام ومؤهلات ومهارات كل مهنة وفق التصنيف المعتمد.
وعلمت «عكاظ» بدء التعامل مع طلبات موظفين لتطبيق التصنيف على مسمياتهم الوظيفية، إذ أظهرت تذكرة مراجعة صادرة عن وزارة الصحة إحالة طلب أحد موظفي التجمعات الصحية إلى الإدارة العامة للمراجعة الداخلية بديوان الوزارة، وكان موضوع الطلب «تطبيق التصنيف السعودي الموحد للمهن في التجمع الصحي».
The commencement of the Health Holding Company in documenting employee contracts through the "Qiwa" platform, affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, has accelerated the application of the unified Saudi classification of professions to the job titles of employees in health clusters, after nearly seven years since the issuance of the Council of Ministers' decision regulating the classification. The platform relies on professions and titles according to the approved classification, necessitating the alignment of job titles when documenting contracts.
Last month, the Ministry of Human Resources agency, represented by the General Administration for Employment and Recruitment at the Ministry of Health, announced the job description service, in a directive that aligns with the Council of Ministers' decision on 24/10/1441 AH, which includes the application of the unified Saudi classification guide for professions. This guide organizes the classification of professions, their descriptions, and codes within professional units branching from a main, sub, and secondary group, contributing to the precise and clear definition of the tasks and duties of professions.
Health clusters have begun to apply the classification to their employees' titles, in a step aimed at aligning job titles and descriptions, and defining the tasks, qualifications, and skills of each profession according to the approved classification.
“Okaz” learned that the handling of requests from employees to apply the classification to their job titles has begun, as a review ticket issued by the Ministry of Health showed the referral of a request from one of the health cluster employees to the General Administration for Internal Review at the Ministry's office, with the subject of the request being "the application of the unified Saudi classification of professions in the health cluster."
