عقد المجلس الأعلى للقضاء اجتماعًا في مقر المجلس، برئاسة رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء المكلف الشيخ الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني، وبحضور أصحاب المعالي والفضيلة والسعادة أعضاء المجلس.
وناقش المجلس عددًا من الموضوعات المرتبطة بتطوير العمل القضائي ورفع كفاءته، ووافق على مشروع القواعد التنظيمية لإجراءات تأليف المحاكم وتشكيل دوائرها وإحالة القضايا وتوزيعها، بما يعزز الحوكمة والنضج المؤسسي في إدارة العمل القضائي، ويحقق وضوح الإجراءات واستقرارها، ويرفع كفاءة توزيع القضايا ونظرها.
كما ناقش المجلس عددًا من المقترحات المتعلقة بتطوير إجراءات تعيين القضاة، بما يعزز جودة اختيار منسوبي السلك القضائي وتهيئتهم وتطويرهم، إلى جانب حوكمة أعمال المكاتب الفنية ورفع فاعليتها؛ بما يدعم جودة العمل القضائي وكفاءة مخرجاته.
وتناول المجلس مجالات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، ونتائج عدد من التجارب في هذا المجال، وفرص الاستفادة منها في تطوير الإجراءات وتبسيطها، وتعزيز الجودة والكفاءة المهنية، ودعم اتخاذ القرار بالبيانات.
كما تابع المجلس تنفيذ عدد من قراراته السابقة، واتخذ التوجيهات والإجراءات اللازمة حيال الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول أعماله، وذلك في إطار اختصاصه بالإشراف على المحاكم والقضاة وأعمالهم.
The Supreme Judicial Council held a meeting at the council's headquarters, chaired by the Acting President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, with the presence of their Excellencies, Virtues, and Honorable Members of the Council.
The council discussed a number of topics related to the development of judicial work and enhancing its efficiency. It approved the draft regulatory rules for the procedures for forming courts, structuring their divisions, referring and distributing cases, which enhances governance and institutional maturity in managing judicial work, achieves clarity and stability in procedures, and increases the efficiency of case distribution and consideration.
The council also discussed several proposals related to improving the procedures for appointing judges, which enhances the quality of selecting members of the judicial body and their preparation and development, in addition to governing the work of technical offices and increasing their effectiveness; which supports the quality of judicial work and the efficiency of its outcomes.
The council addressed the fields of using artificial intelligence, the results of several experiments in this area, and the opportunities to benefit from them in developing and simplifying procedures, enhancing quality and professional efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
The council also followed up on the implementation of several of its previous decisions and took the necessary directives and actions regarding the topics listed on its agenda, within the framework of its authority to supervise the courts, judges, and their work.
