تواصل الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي تقديم خدماتها النوعية لضيوف الرحمن، أبرزها خدمة عربات التحلل من النسك المجانية، التي تتيح للمعتمرين استكمال نسكهم بسهولة، عبر خدمة متاحة على مدار الساعة للرجال والنساء.
وتتمركز عربات التحلل من النسك عند باب المروة، بما يسهّل وصول المعتمرين إليها بعد إتمام الطواف والسعي، ويمنحهم خياراً ميسراً لاستكمال نسكهم في أجواء منظمة ومهيأة.
وتحرص الهيئة من خلال الخدمة على مراعاة تنوع حاجات ضيوف الرحمن، وتقديم تجربة أكثر سهولة وراحة للرجال والنساء، بما في ذلك كبار السن وذوو الإعاقة، بما يضمن استفادتهم من الخدمة بكل يسر وراحة.
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques continues to provide its quality services to the guests of Allah, the most prominent of which is the free ritual dissolution carts service, which allows pilgrims to complete their rituals easily, through a service available around the clock for both men and women.
The ritual dissolution carts are stationed at the Marwah Gate, making it easier for pilgrims to access them after completing the Tawaf and Sa'i, and providing them with a convenient option to continue their rituals in an organized and prepared atmosphere.
The authority is keen, through this service, to consider the diverse needs of the guests of Allah, and to provide a more accessible and comfortable experience for both men and women, including the elderly and people with disabilities, ensuring that they can benefit from the service with ease and comfort.
