عزّزت المديرية العامة للجوازات جهودها في المنافذ الدولية لإنهاء إجراءات المسافرين بانسيابية، عبر منظومة عمل متكاملة تهدف إلى تسهيل الإجراءات ورفع كفاءة الأداء ومواكبة الأعداد المتزايدة من المسافرين عبر مختلف منافذ المملكة.
ودعمت «الجوازات» المنافذ الدولية بالكوادر البشرية المؤهلة والمزودة بأحدث الحلول التقنية، بما يسهم في تسريع إجراءات السفر وتحسين تجربة المسافرين ورفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة.
تعزيز وعي المسافرين
ودعت المديرية المواطنين إلى المحافظة على جوازات سفرهم داخل المملكة وخارجها، وحمايتها من التلف أو الفقدان أو السرقة، وعدم إهمالها أو رهنها أو إساءة استخدامها، مع ضرورة التحقق من سلامة الوثيقة وصلاحيتها قبل السفر بوقت كافٍ.
وتأتي هذه الجهود في إطار حرص «الجوازات» على تعزيز وعي المسافرين وتقديم منظومة خدمات متكاملة ترتقي بجودة إجراءات السفر.
The General Directorate of Passports has strengthened its efforts at international ports to facilitate the procedures for travelers smoothly, through an integrated work system aimed at simplifying procedures, enhancing performance efficiency, and keeping pace with the increasing numbers of travelers across various entry points in the Kingdom.
The "Passports" department has supported international ports with qualified personnel equipped with the latest technological solutions, which contributes to speeding up travel procedures, improving the travel experience, and enhancing the quality of services provided.
Enhancing Traveler Awareness
The directorate urged citizens to keep their passports safe both inside and outside the Kingdom, protecting them from damage, loss, or theft, and not to neglect, pawn, or misuse them, while also ensuring the document's validity and safety well in advance of travel.
These efforts come as part of the "Passports" commitment to enhance traveler awareness and provide an integrated service system that elevates the quality of travel procedures.
