أضاف صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية 12 شهادة مهنية احترافية في المجال الصحي إلى قائمة الشهادات المعتمدة ضمن منتج الشهادات المهنية الاحترافية، لترتفع إلى 417 شهادة في مختلف القطاعات الحيوية.
وتأتي الإضافة الجديدة استجابةً لمتطلبات سوق العمل في القطاع الصحي، ولتطوير الكوادر الوطنية في القطاع وتزويدها بأحدث المهارات المعرفية والعملية، وتمكين الكفاءات الصحية من مواكبة التطورات والتقنيات الحديثة في المجالات السريرية والعلاجية والإدارية، بما ينسجم مع تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في تعزيز مشاركة الكفاءات الوطنية في القطاعات الواعدة بسوق العمل، وتمكين القطاع الخاص بكوادر وطنية مؤهلة.
وتتنوع الشهادات المهنية المضافة بين تخصصات حيوية عدة، تشمل: اضطرابات طيف التوحد والاضطرابات النمائية المماثلة لأخصائي النطق والتخاطب، والبرنامج المهني المتخصص في جودة الرعاية الصحية، وبرنامج التميّز في الرعاية العاجلة لتدريب أطباء الرعاية الأولية، والبرنامج المهني المتخصص لحساب الكربوهيدرات لمرضى السكري، وبرنامج سلامة المرضى، وبرنامج تشغيل المحاكاة في الرعاية الصحية، والبرنامج المهني المتخصص في مسعف أطفال، والبرنامج المهني المتخصص لمسعف عناية حرجة، وأساسيات مفاهيم وتطبيقات الرعاية الصحية المبنية على القيمة.
كما شملت شهادات طب الأسنان المعتمدة: شهادة الكفاءة المهنية في تلبيس وجسور الأسنان، وشهادة الكفاءة المهنية في علاج عصب وجذور أضراس الأسنان، والتدريب السريري في طب الأسنان العام المتقدم. ويعكس هذا التوسع في دعم الشهادات الاحترافية، جهود صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية في دعم شهادات القطاع الصحي المعتمدة وتحفيز المواطنين والمواطنات على التطوير المهني والارتقاء بمهاراتهم، وزيادة إنتاجية سوق العمل وتلبية احتياجاته المتغيرة، والوصول إلى المعايير الدولية في الكفاءات المهنية، وإيجاد فرص وظيفية نوعية عبر التخصص الدقيق والإحلال في القطاعات الواعدة.
The Human Resources Development Fund has added 12 professional certificates in the health field to the list of accredited certificates under the professional certification product, bringing the total to 417 certificates across various vital sectors.
This new addition comes in response to the demands of the labor market in the health sector, aiming to develop national competencies in the sector and equip them with the latest cognitive and practical skills, enabling health professionals to keep pace with modern developments and technologies in clinical, therapeutic, and administrative fields. This aligns with achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in enhancing the participation of national competencies in promising labor market sectors and empowering the private sector with qualified national personnel.
The added professional certificates vary across several vital specialties, including: Autism Spectrum Disorders and similar developmental disorders for speech and language specialists, a specialized professional program in healthcare quality, a program of excellence in urgent care for training primary care physicians, a specialized professional program for carbohydrate counting for diabetic patients, a patient safety program, a simulation operation program in healthcare, a specialized professional program for pediatric paramedics, a specialized professional program for critical care paramedics, and the fundamentals of value-based healthcare concepts and applications.
Additionally, the accredited dental certificates included: a professional competency certificate in dental crowns and bridges, a professional competency certificate in root canal treatment of teeth, and clinical training in advanced general dentistry. This expansion in supporting professional certificates reflects the efforts of the Human Resources Development Fund in supporting accredited health sector certificates and motivating citizens to pursue professional development and enhance their skills, increasing labor market productivity and meeting its changing needs, achieving international standards in professional competencies, and creating quality job opportunities through specialized training and replacement in promising sectors.
