باشرت اللجنة الإعلامية بمؤسسة جائزة المدينة المنورة أعمالها بعقد اجتماعها الأول، عقب صدور قرار تشكيلها، الذي ضم عدداً من المختصين في الإعلام والاتصال المؤسسي.
ويأتي تشكيل اللجنة في إطار تعزيز منظومة الاتصال المؤسسي بالمؤسسة، ودعم حضورها الإعلامي، وتطوير الشراكات مع مختلف وسائل الإعلام، بما يسهم في إبراز برامجها ومبادراتها ونشر ثقافة التميز.
واستُهل الاجتماع بالتأكيد على أهمية دور اللجنة في رسم التوجهات الإعلامية للمؤسسة، وتعزيز التكامل بين أعضائها، وبناء رسالة إعلامية تعكس مستهدفاتها وتبرز أثرها في خدمة المجتمع.
وشهد الاجتماع استعراض مهام اللجنة، ومناقشة أولويات العمل الإعلامي، وإعداد خطة إعلامية متكاملة، إلى جانب تطوير أدوات الاتصال المؤسسي، وتعزيز الحضور الرقمي، وتفعيل الشراكات الإعلامية بما يدعم مستهدفات المؤسسة.
وأكدت اللجنة عزمها على تنفيذ خطة إعلامية ترتكز على المهنية والابتكار، وتسهم في تعزيز الصورة المؤسسية للمؤسسة، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
وتضم اللجنة الدكتور عيسى بن محمد القايدي رئيساً، وسعد بن محمد العلي مقرراً، ومشرفة مكتب صحيفة «عكاظ» بالمدينة المنورة الزميلة سارة الشريف، إلى جانب مساعد بن ضيف الله الجابري، وعبدالغني بن ناجي القش، ومحمد بن بتاع البلادي، وفدوى بنت محمد مطبقاني.
The Media Committee of the Medina Award Foundation has commenced its work by holding its first meeting, following the issuance of the decision to form it, which included a number of specialists in media and institutional communication.
The formation of the committee comes within the framework of enhancing the institutional communication system of the foundation, supporting its media presence, and developing partnerships with various media outlets, contributing to highlighting its programs and initiatives and promoting a culture of excellence.
The meeting began by emphasizing the importance of the committee's role in shaping the media directions of the foundation, enhancing integration among its members, and building a media message that reflects its objectives and highlights its impact in serving the community.
The meeting witnessed a review of the committee's tasks, discussion of the priorities for media work, and preparation of a comprehensive media plan, in addition to developing institutional communication tools, enhancing digital presence, and activating media partnerships to support the foundation's objectives.
The committee affirmed its determination to implement a media plan based on professionalism and innovation, contributing to enhancing the institutional image of the foundation, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The committee includes Dr. Issa bin Muhammad Al-Qaydi as the chairman, Saad bin Muhammad Al-Ali as the rapporteur, and the supervisor of the "Okaz" newspaper office in Medina, colleague Sara Al-Sharif, along with Musaid bin Dhaif Allah Al-Jabri, Abdulghani bin Naji Al-Qash, Muhammad bin Bata' Al-Baladi, and Fadwa bint Muhammad Mutbaqani.
