أطلقت وزارة الحج والعمرة «بوابة التكاملات» لتكون حلاً رقمياً موحداً لإدارة وتنسيق التكامل مع الجهات الحكومية والخاصة على المستويين المحلي والدولي؛ بهدف توحيد رحلة التكامل الرقمي مع خدمات الوزارة، وتعزيز كفاءة الأعمال، وترسيخ حوكمة تبادل البيانات، بما يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 وبرنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن البوابة تهدف إلى تنظيم عمليات التكامل وتوحيد إجراءاتها ضمن إطار موحد يشمل تقييم المخاطر، ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني، واتفاقيات مشاركة البيانات، إلى جانب إجراءات الربط التقني وتبادل البيانات، مما يعزز موثوقية التكامل، ويرتقي بجودة التشغيل، ويسهم في تسريع الإجراءات بين الوزارة وشركائها، كما توفر «بوابة التكاملات» نقطة دخول موحدة تتيح للشركاء التكامل مع الخدمات الرقمية للوزارة، من خلال استكشاف واجهات البرمجة، وتقديم طلبات التكامل، وإدارة صلاحيات الوصول، إضافةً إلى متابعة الطلبات والبلاغات عبر تجربة موحدة تدعم كفاءة الإجراءات وتعزز حوكمة التكاملات الرقمية.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن البوابة تختصر الوقت والجهد على الجهات الشريكة، من خلال إنجاز متطلبات التكامل ومتابعتها عبر منصة رقمية واحدة حتى اكتمال إجراءات الربط، ويسهم ذلك في تسريع إطلاق الخدمات المشتركة، وتقليل تكرار الإجراءات، ورفع مستوى الوضوح، وتحسين جودة الخدمات الرقمية واستمراريتها.
وأكدت الوزارة أن إطلاق «بوابة التكاملات» يمثل خطوة متقدمة في تطوير البنية الرقمية، وتوحيد إدارة التكاملات مع مختلف الجهات، بما يعزز موثوقية تبادل البيانات ضمن منظومة الحج والعمرة.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the "Integration Gateway" to serve as a unified digital solution for managing and coordinating integration with governmental and private entities at both local and international levels; with the aim of standardizing the digital integration journey with the ministry's services, enhancing operational efficiency, and establishing governance for data exchange, which contributes to achieving the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guest of Rahman Service Program.
The ministry explained that the gateway aims to organize integration processes and unify their procedures within a unified framework that includes risk assessment, cybersecurity requirements, data sharing agreements, as well as technical linkage procedures and data exchange, thereby enhancing the reliability of integration, improving operational quality, and contributing to the acceleration of procedures between the ministry and its partners. The "Integration Gateway" also provides a unified entry point that allows partners to integrate with the ministry's digital services by exploring programming interfaces, submitting integration requests, managing access permissions, in addition to tracking requests and notifications through a unified experience that supports procedural efficiency and enhances the governance of digital integrations.
The ministry pointed out that the gateway saves time and effort for partner entities by completing and monitoring integration requirements through a single digital platform until the linkage procedures are finalized, which contributes to speeding up the launch of joint services, reducing procedural repetition, increasing clarity, and improving the quality and continuity of digital services.
The ministry confirmed that the launch of the "Integration Gateway" represents an advanced step in developing the digital infrastructure and unifying the management of integrations with various entities, thereby enhancing the reliability of data exchange within the Hajj and Umrah system.
