بتوجيه من مستشار خادم الحرمين الشريفين أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة رئيس اللجنة الدائمة للحج والعمرة الأمير خالد بن فيصل بن عبدالعزيز، ترأس نائب أمير المنطقة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز اجتماع اللجنة، الذي استعرض تقارير موسم العمرة حتى تاريخه، وناقش الاستعدادات للمراحل القادمة، إلى جانب التجهيزات الخاصة بموسم حج 1448.
واطلعت اللجنة على تقرير عن موسم العمرة، تضمن أعداد المعتمرين القادمين والمغادرين، ومستوى الخدمات المقدمة لهم من الجهات ذات العلاقة، والإجراءات المنفذة في المنافذ لإنهاء عمليات الدخول والمغادرة.
كما استعرضت اللجنة مخرجات حلقات النقاش التي عُقدت ضمن التحضير المبكر لموسم حج 1448هـ، بمشاركة 60 جهة معنية بخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، وشملت مقترحات وتوصيات تهدف إلى تعزيز الإيجابيات، وتطوير الخطط التشغيلية، ورفع كفاءة التنسيق والتكامل بين الجهات، وبناء فهم مشترك للأدوار والمسؤوليات، بما يسهم في تحقيق أعلى مستويات الجاهزية والمعالجة الاستباقية للتحديات.
وناقشت اللجنة عدداً من الموضوعات المتعلقة بالاستعدادات لموسم الحج، واتخذت بشأنها التوصيات اللازمة.
Under the guidance of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Emir of the Makkah Region, Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah, Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Emir of the region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, chaired the committee meeting, which reviewed reports on the Umrah season to date and discussed preparations for the upcoming phases, in addition to the arrangements for the Hajj season of 1448.
The committee reviewed a report on the Umrah season, which included the numbers of arriving and departing Umrah pilgrims, the level of services provided to them by the relevant authorities, and the procedures implemented at the entry and exit points to complete the processes of entry and departure.
The committee also reviewed the outcomes of the discussion sessions held as part of the early preparations for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, with the participation of 60 entities concerned with serving the guests of Allah. This included proposals and recommendations aimed at enhancing positives, developing operational plans, improving coordination and integration among the entities, and building a shared understanding of roles and responsibilities, contributing to achieving the highest levels of readiness and proactive management of challenges.
The committee discussed several topics related to preparations for the Hajj season and made the necessary recommendations regarding them.
