أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم بيانًا بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا بأحد الجناة في المنطقة الشرقية، فيما يلي نصّه:
قال الله تعالى: «ولا تفسدوا في الأرض بعد إصلاحها»، وقال تعالى: «ولا تبغ الفساد في الأرض إن الله لا يحب المفسدين»، وقال تعالى: «والله لا يحب الفساد»، وقال تعالى: «إنما جزاء الذين يحاربون الله ورسوله ويسعون في الأرض فسادًا أن يقتلوا أو يصلبوا أو تقطع أيديهم وأرجلهم من خلاف أو ينفوا من الأرض ذلك لهم خزي في الدنيا ولهم في الآخرة عذاب عظيم».
أقدم/ خالد بن عطنان بن بعيجان الكويكبي الرويلي -سعودي الجنسية- على تلقي أقراص الإمفيتامين المخدر، وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب الجريمة، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة؛ صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه وقتله تعزيرًا، وأصبح الحكم نهائيًا بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعًا.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا بالجاني/ خالد بن عطنان بن بعيجان الكويكبي الرويلي -سعودي الجنسية- (الخميس) 2/2/1448هـ الموافق 16/7/2026 بالمنطقة الشرقية.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن عن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على حماية أمن المواطن والمقيم من آفة المخدرات، وإيقاع أشد العقوبات المقررة نظامًا بحق مهربيها ومروجيها، لما تسببه من إزهاق للأرواح البريئة، وفساد جسيم في النشء والفرد والمجتمع، وانتهاك لحقوقهم، وهي تحذر في الوقت نفسه كل من يقدم على ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the implementation of a capital punishment ruling against one of the offenders in the Eastern Province, the text of which is as follows:
Allah, the Exalted, said: "And do not cause corruption upon the earth after its reformation," and He said: "And do not seek corruption in the land; indeed, Allah does not like corrupters," and He said: "And Allah does not like corruption," and He said: "Indeed, the recompense for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive to cause corruption in the land is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment."
Khaleed bin Atnan bin Baijaan Al-Kuwaikbi Al-Ruwaili - a Saudi national - was found in possession of methamphetamine pills. By the grace of Allah, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned offender, and the investigation led to charges being brought against him for committing the crime. He was referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against him and sentenced him to capital punishment. The ruling became final after being appealed and subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally determined.
The capital punishment was carried out against the offender Khaleed bin Atnan bin Baijaan Al-Kuwaikbi Al-Ruwaili - a Saudi national - on Thursday, 2/2/1448 AH, corresponding to 16/7/2026, in the Eastern Province.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to protect the security of citizens and residents from the scourge of drugs, and to impose the harshest penalties prescribed by law against traffickers and promoters, due to the loss of innocent lives and the severe corruption it causes in youth, individuals, and society, as well as the violation of their rights. At the same time, it warns anyone who engages in such acts that they will face legal punishment.
