أعادت التحقيقات الأخيرة ترتيب الأوراق وكشفت «السيناريو الحقيقي» الصادم الذي وثقته التكنولوجيا بعد أن عجزت الكلمات عن تزييفه:
- الشرارة الأولى غيرة قاتلة على الشاطئ (قبل الحادثة): بدأت الأزمة بمشادة حادة على شاطئ البحر إثر قيام زوج شقيقة الزوجة برش الماء عليها مازحاً. اشتعلت غيرة الزوج، ليمتد الشجار بعد العودة للشقة بضرب مبرح، وقيام الزوج بتخريب محتويات الشقة عمداً لإلصاق التهمة بعائلتها عند وصولهم.
- قرار السقوط المدمر (يوم الحادثة): تحت تأثير الضغط النفسي الحاد والخلافات المتصاعدة، ألقت الزوجة شيماء بنفسها طواعية من شرفة الطابق الثالث، لتسقط جثة هامدة تقريباً وتصاب بكسور بالغة بالعمود الفقري أفقدتها القدرة على الحركة.
- اتهامات مروعة وصدمة للرأي العام (أمس): ادعت الزوجة من داخل غرف المستشفى أن زوجها وحماتها احتجزاها لعدة ساعات ثم ألقياها قسراً من الشرفة لإنهاء حياتها، مطالبة بـ«القصاص العادل» وسط تعاطف إعلامي واسع.

بينت التحقيقات أن تراكم الخلافات الزوجية، والرغبة الشديدة في الانتقام من الزوج بعد اعتدائه عليها وتخريب أثاث المنزل، دفعت الزوجة الشابة للتضحية بأغلى ما تملك وإلقاء نفسها من الشرفة، متخيلة أنها بذلك ستنهي مستقبله وحياته خلف القضبان للظفر بالتعويض والقصاص، دون أن تدرك أن عين الحقيقة (الكاميرات المحيطة بالمبنى) كانت تسجل كل التفاصيل بدقة.
