أدانت رابطة العالم الإسلامي -باستنكار شديد- استمرار العدوان الإيراني الآثم على دولة الكويت، ومملكة البحرين، ودولة قطر، ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وسلطنة عُمان، والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وكذلك استهداف السفن التجارية، في انتهاك لمبادئ القانون الدولي، وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وميثاق منظمة التعاون الإسلامي، وقواعد حُسن الجوار.
وفي بيانٍ للأمانة العامة للرابطة، جدَّد الأمين العام رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى التنديد بالاعتداءات الإيرانية الإجرامية المتكررة، التي تنتهك كلَّ القيم الدينية، والقوانين والأعراف الدولية والإنسانية، وتُقوِّض جهود استعادة الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.
وشدَّد على التضامن الكامل مع دولة الكويت، ومملكة البحرين، ودولة قطر، ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وسلطنة عُمان، والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، في كل ما تتخذه من إجراءات تحفظ أمنها وسيادتها وسلامة مواطنيها والمقيمين على أراضيها.
The Muslim World League condemned -in the strongest terms- the continued Iranian aggression against the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as well as the targeting of commercial ships, in violation of the principles of international law, the United Nations Charter, the Charter of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the rules of good neighborliness.
In a statement from the League's General Secretariat, the Secretary-General and President of the Muslim Scholars Association, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, renewed the condemnation of the repeated Iranian criminal assaults, which violate all religious values, international and humanitarian laws and norms, and undermine efforts to restore security and stability in the region.
He emphasized full solidarity with the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in all measures they take to preserve their security, sovereignty, and the safety of their citizens and residents on their territories.
