Ihsan bin Abbas bin Hamza Bafqih expressed his gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the occasion of the royal decree appointing him as the Secretary of Jeddah Province at the excellent rank. He asked Allah the Exalted the Majestic to grant him success and guidance, to assist him in fulfilling the trust and responsibility, and to meet the expectations of the wise leadership, contributing to the service of the religion, then the king and the nation, and achieving the leadership's aspirations in enhancing municipal services and quality of life in Jeddah Province.
