توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم (الثلاثاء)، تأثر أجزاء من منطقتي مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة بارتفاع في درجات الحرارة العظمى. ويستمر تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من تلك المناطق وأجزاء من مناطق الجوف والحدود الشمالية وحائل والقصيم والرياض والشرقية، وتمتد إلى أجزاء من منطقة نجران. كما تظل الفرصة مهيأة لهطول أمطار رعدية مصحوبة برياح نشطة على أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة، والأجزاء الجنوبية من مرتفعات منطقة مكة المكرمة.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر تكون شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة تتراوح بين 18 و40 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وبسرعة 10 إلى 32 كم/ساعة تصل إلى 50 كم/ساعة مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي. وارتفاع الموج يتراوح بين نصف متر إلى متر ونصف على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، ومن نصف متر إلى متر يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي. وحالة البحر تكون خفيفة إلى متوسطة الموج على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط وخفيفة الموج تصل إلى مائجة مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي.
وفي الخليج العربي، تكون الرياح السطحية غربية إلى شمالية غربية بسرعة تتراوح بين 25 و42 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وشمالية غربية إلى جنوبية غربية بسرعة تتراوح بين 12 و35 كم/ساعة على الجزء الجنوبي. وارتفاع الموج يتراوح بين متر إلى مترين على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، ومن نصف متر إلى متر ونصف على الجزء الجنوبي. وحالة البحر تكون متوسطة الموج على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط وخفيفة إلى متوسطة الموج على الجزء الجنوبي.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report today (Tuesday) that parts of the Makkah and Madinah regions will be affected by a rise in maximum temperatures. The impact of active winds, stirring up dust and sand, will continue over parts of those areas and parts of the Al-Jawf, Northern Borders, Hail, Qassim, Riyadh, and Eastern regions, extending to parts of the Najran region. There remains a chance for thunderstorms accompanied by active winds over parts of the Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, as well as the southern parts of the highlands of the Makkah region.
The report indicated that the surface winds over the Red Sea are northwesterly to westerly at speeds ranging between 18 and 40 km/h in the northern and central parts, and at speeds of 10 to 32 km/h reaching up to 50 km/h with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part. Wave heights range from half a meter to one and a half meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one meter, exceeding two meters with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part. The sea condition is light to moderate in the northern and central parts and light with choppy waves in the southern part with the formation of thunderstorm clouds.
In the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds are westerly to northwesterly at speeds ranging between 25 and 42 km/h in the northern and central parts, and northwesterly to southwesterly at speeds ranging between 12 and 35 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights range from one to two meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the southern part. The sea condition is moderate in the northern and central parts and light to moderate in the southern part.
