أطلقت وزارة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات برامج تدريبية صيفية في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والروبوتات، والبرمجة، وتحليل البيانات، والحوسبة السحابية للطلاب والطالبات لاستثمار الإجازة الصيفية في تعلّم مهارات المستقبل، ودورات أخرى للباحثين عن عمل، وأخرى للمهنيين.
وتحتوي دورات الناشئين على مستكشف الذكاء الاصطناعي، ويهدف البرنامج إلى إزالة الغموض عن التقنية وتحويل الطفل من مستهلك إلى مستوعب للمنطق البرمجي من خلال التعرف على الأنماط وتدريب نموذج بسيط يتعرف على ملامح الوجه أو لغة الإشارة.
ومع انتشار وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي، أصبح فن الحوار مع الآلة مهارة لا غنى عنها، لذلك تركز الدورة على صياغة المدخلات، التفكير المنطقي، وأخلاقيات المحتوى وتصميم مساعد شخصي خاص للطالب، والبرنامج مخصص للناشئين الذين لديهم خلفية بسيطة في البرمجة ويريدون بناء مشاريع حقيقية.
أما البرامج الصيفية للذكاء الاصطناعي للباحثين عن عمل فتشمل التنفيذ الذكي والتعرف على الوكلاء الأذكياء ودورهم في تنفيذ المهام وأتمتة الأعمال وتطوير تطبيقات الساعات الذكية باستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتصميم وتطوير تطبيقات للساعات الذكية بالاستفادة من أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
ويستعرض هذا المسار التعليمي أفضل الممارسات الحديثة في مجال تجربة العملاء وكيف تسهم العمليات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي في تعلّم الآلة وتعزيز كفاءة وحدات التسويق والمبيعات.
