كشفت «الصحة القابضة»، تلقي التجمعات الصحية رغبات أكثر من 87% من موظفي الوزارة المشمولين بإجراءات الانتقال إلى التجمعات الصحية السبعة المستهدفة في المرحلة الثانية، وذلك خلال الأيام الثلاثة الأولى من بدء إرسال العروض الخميس الماضي، وشملت المرحلة الثانية من الانتقال أكثر من 68 ألف موظف وموظفة من الكوادر الصحية والإدارية، فيما تجاوزت نسبة قبول عروض الانتقال 99% ممن أبدوا رغباتهم.
ويعكس التفاعل مستوى الوعي والإلمام بخطة التحول الصحي، وأثر مراحل التهيئة التي سبقت بدء إجراءات الانتقال، بما شمل عقد ورش العمل والاجتماعات الدورية مع المنسوبين، وتوفير مراكز اتصال مخصصة على مدار الساعة للإجابة عن الاستفسارات ومساندتهم في استكمال خطوات انتقالهم وتطويرهم المهني، بمشاركة مختصين من وزارة الموارد والهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية، إلى جانب الجهات ذات العلاقة.
وتشمل المرحلة الثانية من الانتقال: تجمع الأحساء الصحي، تجمع الطائف الصحي، تجمع نجران الصحي، تجمع حائل الصحي، تجمع تبوك الصحي، تجمع الحدود الشمالية الصحي وتجمع حفر الباطن الصحي.
وأكدت «الصحة القابضة»، أن إجراءات الانتقال تُنفَّذ وفق الأطر النظامية المعتمدة، بما يحفظ حقوق المنسوبين، ويضمن استقرارهم الوظيفي واستمرار حصولهم على مزاياهم.
وأكدت الصحة القابضة، أنه لا يزال بإمكان الموظفين المشمولين بالانتقال مراجعة عروضهم وإبداء خيار القبول أو الرفض عبر القنوات المعتمدة، حتى الساعة الـ12:00 ظهراً من يوم السبت 4 يوليو 2026، ضمن المدة المحددة.
انتقال 62,000 موظف وموظفة
المرحلة الأولى من انتقال منسوبي وزارة الصحة إلى التجمعات الصحية شملت تجمع الشرقية الصحي، وتجمع القصيم الصحي، وتجمع الرياض الصحي الثاني، وأسفرت عن انتقال أكثر من 62 ألف موظف وموظفة من الكوادر الصحية والإدارية، بنسبة قبول تجاوزت 99%.
ويأتي هذا التفاعل ضمن خطط التحول الصحي الهادفة إلى تعزيز تكامل منظومة الرعاية الصحية، وتمكين الكوادر الصحية والإدارية من مواصلة تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة، وفق نموذج الرعاية الصحية السعودي الذي يضع صحة الإنسان في محور اهتمامه.
وتسهم إجراءات الانتقال في استقطاب الكفاءات الوطنية وتمكينها، وتحسين تجربة المستفيد، وتسهيل وصوله إلى الرعاية في مختلف مناطق المملكة، تحقيقاً لمستهدفات برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي، أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030.
The "Holding Health" revealed that the health clusters received the desires of more than 87% of the ministry employees included in the transition procedures to the seven targeted health clusters in the second phase, during the first three days of sending the offers last Thursday. The second phase of the transition included more than 68,000 male and female employees from health and administrative staff, with an acceptance rate of over 99% among those who expressed their desires.
This interaction reflects the level of awareness and familiarity with the health transformation plan, and the impact of the preparatory stages that preceded the start of the transition procedures, which included holding workshops and regular meetings with the staff, and providing dedicated call centers around the clock to answer inquiries and assist them in completing their transition steps and professional development, with the participation of specialists from the Ministry of Resources and the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, in addition to relevant entities.
The second phase of the transition includes: the Al-Ahsa Health Cluster, the Taif Health Cluster, the Najran Health Cluster, the Hail Health Cluster, the Tabuk Health Cluster, the Northern Borders Health Cluster, and the Hafr Al-Batin Health Cluster.
The "Holding Health" confirmed that the transition procedures are being implemented according to the approved regulatory frameworks, which preserve the rights of the staff, ensure their job stability, and continue to provide them with their benefits.
The Holding Health also confirmed that employees included in the transition can still review their offers and express their acceptance or rejection through the approved channels until 12:00 PM on Saturday, July 4, 2026, within the specified period.
Transition of 62,000 Employees
The first phase of the transition of Ministry of Health employees to the health clusters included the Eastern Region Health Cluster, the Qassim Health Cluster, and the second Riyadh Health Cluster, resulting in the transition of more than 62,000 male and female employees from health and administrative staff, with an acceptance rate exceeding 99%.
This interaction is part of the health transformation plans aimed at enhancing the integration of the healthcare system and enabling health and administrative staff to continue providing high-quality services, according to the Saudi healthcare model that places human health at its core.
The transition procedures contribute to attracting and empowering national competencies, improving the beneficiary experience, and facilitating their access to care in various regions of the Kingdom, achieving the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030.
