كشفت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء أن 75.3% من سكان المملكة العربية السعودية زاروا أماكن الفعاليات أو الأنشطة الثقافية خلال عام 2025، في مؤشر يعكس تنامي الحراك الثقافي وتوسع المشاركة المجتمعية في الأنشطة والفعاليات التي تشهدها المملكة.
وجاء الإعلان عن هذا الرقم ضمن مبادرة #رقم_سعودي التي أطلقتها الهيئة العامة للإحصاء بهدف إبراز النجاحات الوطنية، وتعزيز قيم الفخر والمواطنة، والتأكيد على دور الإحصاءات الرسمية في قياس مؤشرات التقدم نحو تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، والتنمية المستدامة.
وتهدف المبادرة إلى نشر أرقام وإحصاءات نوعية بصورة شهرية عبر حسابات الهيئة في منصات التواصل الاجتماعي؛ لإبراز التحولات التنموية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تشهدها المملكة، وترسيخ الأثر الإحصائي في الوعي المجتمعي.
وتستهدف المبادرة الجهات الحكومية وعملاءها، والإعلاميين، ووسائل الإعلام، والناشطين في منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، وكتّاب الرأي، إضافة إلى المجتمع الدولي، بما يسهم في تعزيز نشر المحتوى الإحصائي، وتوسيع نطاق الاستفادة من البيانات الرسمية.
وأكدت الهيئة أن مبادرة #رقم_سعودي تسهم في إبراز الشراكة الوطنية في تحقيق المنجزات، من خلال قراءة وقياس التقدم في المؤشرات الإحصائية، وتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي بأهمية الأرقام والبيانات في رصد مسيرة التنمية الوطنية.
The General Authority for Statistics revealed that 75.3% of the population of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia visited cultural event venues or activities during the year 2025, indicating a growing cultural movement and expanding community participation in the activities and events taking place in the Kingdom.
This announcement was made as part of the #Saudi_Number initiative launched by the General Authority for Statistics to highlight national successes, promote values of pride and citizenship, and emphasize the role of official statistics in measuring progress indicators towards achieving the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and sustainable development.
The initiative aims to publish qualitative numbers and statistics monthly through the Authority's accounts on social media platforms to highlight the developmental, economic, and social transformations taking place in the Kingdom, and to reinforce the statistical impact on community awareness.
The initiative targets government entities and their clients, journalists, media outlets, social media activists, opinion writers, in addition to the international community, contributing to enhancing the dissemination of statistical content and expanding the scope of benefiting from official data.
The Authority confirmed that the #Saudi_Number initiative contributes to highlighting national partnership in achieving accomplishments by reading and measuring progress in statistical indicators, and enhancing community awareness of the importance of numbers and data in monitoring the path of national development.
