بتوجيه مستشار خادم الحرمين الشريفين، أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة، رئيس اللجنة الدائمة للحج والعمرة الأمير خالد بن فيصل بن عبدالعزيز، وبإشراف ومتابعة من نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز، نظمت وكالة الإمارة لشؤون الحج والعمرة، بالتعاون مع مكتب إدارة مشاريع الحج في برنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، حلقات نقاش لاستعراض التحضير المبكر لموسم حج 1448هـ.
وشارك في حلقات النقاش، التي استمرت ثلاثة أيام، ممثلو 60 جهة معنية بخدمة قاصدي المشاعر المقدسة، استعرض ممثلوها نتائج أعمال موسم الحج الماضي 1447هـ، وخرجوا بعدد من المقترحات والتوصيات الرامية إلى تعزيز الإيجابيات المتحققة، وسُبل تطوير الخطط، ودعم الجهود الاستباقية، ورفع مستوى التكامل والمواءمة وكفاءة التنسيق بين الجهات، وبناء فهم مشترك للأدوار والمسؤوليات؛ لتحقيق أعلى مستويات الجاهزية، ووضع آليات للمعالجة الاستباقية للتحديات التشغيلية، وصولًا إلى تقديم أفضل الخدمات لضيوف الرحمن.
Under the guidance of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Emir of the Makkah Region, and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah, Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, and with the supervision and follow-up of the Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, the Agency for Hajj and Umrah Affairs organized, in collaboration with the Hajj Project Management Office in the Guests of Rahman Service Program, discussion sessions to review the early preparations for the Hajj season of 1448 AH.
Representatives from 60 entities concerned with serving the visitors to the holy sites participated in the three-day discussion sessions. Their representatives reviewed the results of the previous Hajj season 1447 AH and came up with several proposals and recommendations aimed at enhancing the achieved positives, developing plans, supporting proactive efforts, raising the level of integration and coordination efficiency among the entities, and building a shared understanding of roles and responsibilities; to achieve the highest levels of readiness and establish mechanisms for proactive management of operational challenges, ultimately providing the best services to the Guests of Rahman.
