أكد أمير منطقة حائل الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعد بن عبدالعزيز، أن حصول تجمع حائل الصحي على شهادة «أفضل بيئة عمل» الدولية يُعد إنجازًا نوعيًا يعكس الدعم الكبير الذي يحظى به القطاع الصحي من القيادة، وحرصها على تطوير جودة الخدمات الصحية للمواطنين والمقيمين.
وأوضح، في تصريح لـ«عكاظ»، أن الشهادة تمثل مؤشرًا على نضج بيئة العمل داخل التجمع، مؤكدًا أن نجاح التحول الصحي يبدأ من تمكين الكوادر وتحسين بيئة العمل، لينعكس أثره على جودة الرعاية الصحية وتجربة المستفيد.

He explained, in a statement to "Okaz," that the certification represents an indicator of the maturity of the work environment within the cluster, emphasizing that the success of health transformation begins with empowering staff and improving the work environment, which in turn affects the quality of healthcare and the beneficiary's experience.
He pointed out that international accreditation enhances trust, belonging, and job stability, contributing to raising the efficiency of work teams and providing higher quality health services. He praised the efforts of the staff at the Hail Health Cluster and commended the role of the CEO, Engineer Hatim Al-Rashdan, in leading the development process and promoting a culture of quality and empowering health staff.
