أشاد وزير الداخلية رئيس لجنة الحج العليا الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، بالجاهزية العالية والقدرات التشغيلية المتقدمة بالمنظومة الأمنية لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، مؤكداً أن ما حققته المملكة من تميز ريادي في إدارة الحشود البشرية يأتي امتداداً لتوجيهات خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي العهد بتسخير جميع الإمكانات المادية والبشرية والتقنية؛ ليؤدي الحجاج مناسكهم في أجواء يسودها الأمن والسكينة.
جاء ذلك لدى وقوفه على سير العمل في مركز القيادة والسيطرة لأمن الحج بمقر الأمن العام بمشعر منى، حيث اطَّلع على آليات متابعة تنفيذ الخطط الأمنية والمرورية، واستمع خلال جولته في غرف العمليات بالمركز إلى شرحٍ من مدير الأمن العام رئيس اللجنة الأمنية بالحج الفريق محمد البسامي، تناول مراحل المتابعة الميدانية لخطط تفويج الحجاج، وآليات التنسيق اللحظي بين مختلف القطاعات الأمنية والخدمية؛ لضمان انسيابية حركة الحشود عبر المحاور والمسارات المؤدية إلى المشاعر المقدسة.
كما اطّلع وزير الداخلية على آليات متابعة تنفيذ الخطط، والنظام التقني للخطط والعمليات والخريطة التفاعلية، إلى جانب الاستماع لشرح عن منظومات ذكاء الأعمال الخاصة بالاستعلامات والعمليات، إضافة إلى منظومات القضايا والمخالفات الشاملة وإدارة البلاغات والتصعيد، ومؤشرات متابعة وصول الحجاج.
وشاهد وزير الداخلية منظومة ذكاء الأعمال لإدارة مخاطر الحج، وتفقَّد غرفة المؤشرات وصالة المراقبة التلفزيونية، وحزمةً من الأنظمة الرقمية المتقدمة وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي المطورة لتعزيز سرعة الاستجابة وإدارة الحشود البشرية بدقة عالية في مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة، إلى جانب منصة تصعيد البلاغات المدعومة بأنظمة ذكاء الأعمال.
The Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, praised the high readiness and advanced operational capabilities of the security system to serve the guests of Allah, emphasizing that the Kingdom's distinguished leadership in managing crowds is a continuation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince to harness all material, human, and technical resources; enabling pilgrims to perform their rituals in an atmosphere of security and tranquility.
This came during his visit to the operations of the Hajj Security Command and Control Center at the General Security headquarters in Mina, where he was briefed on the mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of security and traffic plans. During his tour of the operations rooms at the center, he listened to an explanation from the Director of General Security and Chairman of the Security Committee for Hajj, Major General Muhammad Al-Basami, regarding the stages of field monitoring for the crowd management plans and the mechanisms for real-time coordination among various security and service sectors to ensure the smooth movement of crowds through the routes leading to the holy sites.
The Minister of Interior also reviewed the mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of the plans, the technical system for the plans and operations, and the interactive map, in addition to listening to an explanation about the business intelligence systems related to inquiries and operations, as well as the comprehensive issues and violations systems, management of reports and escalation, and indicators for monitoring the arrival of pilgrims.
The Minister of Interior observed the business intelligence system for managing Hajj risks, inspected the indicators room and the television monitoring hall, and a range of advanced digital systems and artificial intelligence applications developed to enhance response speed and manage crowds accurately in Mecca and the holy sites, along with the report escalation platform supported by business intelligence systems.
