منشأة الجمرات في مشعر منى من أكبر المشاريع الهندسية والتنظيمية في المشاعر المقدسة، وصُمّمت وفق منظومة دقيقة لإدارة حركة الحشود وتيسير تنقل الحجاج خلال أداء نسك رمي الجمرات، بما يحقّق أعلى معايير السلامة والانسيابية التشغيلية خلال موسم الحج.
وتتكوّن المنشأة من عدة طوابق مترابطة، مدعومة بـ11 مبنى للسلالم الكهربائية و10 أنفاق مخصصة لعبور المشاة، بما يسهم في توزيع الحشود بشكل انسيابي ويحد من التزاحم، إلى جانب منظومة تقنية حديثة تُعنى بإدارة التفويج ومتابعة حركة الحجاج ميدانياً داخل الجسر ومحيطه. وشهد الجسر تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والتجهيز للمنشأة ضمن خطة تشغيلية تستهدف رفع كفاءة المرافق وضمان جاهزيتها لاستقبال الحجاج، تضم منظومة تشغيلية وتقنية متكاملة تشتمل على 340 سلماً كهربائياً، و682 كاميرا مراقبة رقمية لضمان انسيابية الحركة ومتابعة الكثافات البشرية، إضافة إلى تخصيص 228 عربة غولف لتسهيل تنقل الحجاج والعاملين داخل المنشأة ومرافقها الحيوية.
أنظمة متطورة للإطفاء
في جوانب السلامة، تتوفر في المنشأة أنظمة إطفاء متطورة وعالية الجاهزية تضم 295 صندوق حريق، 1078 طفاية حريق، أكثر من 3350 رشاش إطفاء تلقائي، بما يعزّز سرعة الاستجابة ورفع مستويات الأمان داخل المنشأة.
وشملت التجهيزات الفنية صيانة وتشغيل 456 وحدة تكييف لتهيئة أجواء مناسبة للحجاج، إلى جانب تشغيل أكثر من 74 ألف وحدة إنارة؛ لضمان مستويات إضاءة عالية في مختلف الأدوار والممرات والساحات المحيطة.
تنظيف قنوات المصارف
امتدت أعمال الصيانة الهندسية لتشمل الجسور والمنحدرات والأنفاق والبدروم والساحات المحيطة، إضافة إلى مباني السلالم الكهربائية وصيانة دهاناتها بالكامل، بما يسهم في المحافظة على الجاهزية التشغيلية والبصرية للمنشأة.
وتضمّنت الأعمال صيانة أكثر من 1216 لوحة إرشادية وتوجيهية؛ لضمان وضوح مسارات المشاة، وإصلاح ما يزيد على 520 مظلة وهيكلاً معدنياً، إلى جانب صيانة 4 خيام رئيسية في الجسر الرابع، وتنظيف وتجهيز عبارات وقنوات تصريف السيول في الساحات والمواقف.
وشهد الجسر توفير أكثر من 28 ألف حاجز بلاستيكي لتنظيم حركة الحشود وتوجيه المسارات بدقة، في إطار جهودها الرامية إلى تقديم تجربة تفويج آمنة وميسرة لضيوف الرحمن خلال أدائهم المناسك.
وتواصل منشأة الجمرات أداء دورها بوصفها أحد أبرز المشاريع التطويرية في المشاعر المقدسة، بما تجسده من تكامل هندسي وتشغيلي متقدم يسهم في إدارة حركة ملايين الحجاج بكفاءة عالية، ويعكس حجم العناية التي توليها المملكة لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، وتطوير البنية التحتية للمشاعر المقدسة وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية.
The Jamrat facility in Mina is one of the largest engineering and organizational projects in the holy sites, designed according to a precise system for managing crowd movement and facilitating the movement of pilgrims during the ritual of throwing stones, achieving the highest safety standards and operational fluidity during the Hajj season.
The facility consists of several interconnected floors, supported by 11 buildings for escalators and 10 tunnels designated for pedestrian crossing, contributing to the smooth distribution of crowds and reducing congestion. Additionally, there is a modern technological system dedicated to managing the flow of pilgrims and monitoring their movement on-site within the bridge and its surroundings. The bridge has undergone maintenance and preparation works as part of an operational plan aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the facilities and ensuring their readiness to receive pilgrims, including a comprehensive operational and technological system comprising 340 escalators and 682 digital surveillance cameras to ensure smooth movement and monitor human densities, in addition to allocating 228 golf carts to facilitate the movement of pilgrims and workers within the facility and its vital amenities.
Advanced Firefighting Systems
In terms of safety, the facility is equipped with advanced and highly ready firefighting systems that include 295 fire boxes, 1,078 fire extinguishers, and more than 3,350 automatic fire sprinklers, enhancing response speed and raising safety levels within the facility.
The technical preparations included the maintenance and operation of 456 air conditioning units to create suitable conditions for pilgrims, along with the operation of more than 74,000 lighting units to ensure high levels of illumination in various floors, corridors, and surrounding plazas.
Cleaning Drainage Channels
The engineering maintenance works extended to include bridges, ramps, tunnels, basements, and surrounding plazas, in addition to the buildings of the escalators and the complete maintenance of their paint, contributing to maintaining the operational and visual readiness of the facility.
The works included the maintenance of more than 1,216 directional and guiding signs to ensure the clarity of pedestrian pathways, repairing over 520 canopies and metal structures, as well as maintaining 4 main tents in the fourth bridge, and cleaning and preparing drainage channels and flood drainage systems in the plazas and parking areas.
The bridge has provided more than 28,000 plastic barriers to organize crowd movement and accurately direct pathways, as part of its efforts to offer a safe and facilitated experience for the guests of Allah during their rituals.
The Jamrat facility continues to play its role as one of the most prominent developmental projects in the holy sites, reflecting advanced engineering and operational integration that contributes to efficiently managing the movement of millions of pilgrims, and showcasing the level of care that the Kingdom provides to serve the guests of Allah and develop the infrastructure of the holy sites according to the highest global standards.
