نظّمت غرفة الباحة، أمس، لقاءً ثقافياً ومجتمعياً بعنوان «التنمية الثقافية»، بحضور رئيس مجلس الإدارة ماشي محمد العُمري، وبمشاركة عددٍ من المثقفين والمهتمين بالشأن الثقافي في المنطقة.
وتناول المتحدث الدكتور علي محمد الرباعي، دور الثقافة في حياة الشعوب، وأثرها في تعزيز التنمية والاستدامة، إلى جانب أهمية احتضان المبادرات والمؤسسات الثقافية، بما يسهم في إثراء الحراك الثقافي والمجتمعي بمنطقة الباحة.
واستعرض الرباعي أهمية الاستثمار في الثقافة بوصفها ركيزةً للتنمية المجتمعية، ودورها في التحولات التنموية وبناء الوعي وتعزيز الهوية الثقافية، إضافةً إلى مناقشة سبل دعم المبادرات النوعية وتمكين المؤسسات الثقافية من أداء أدوارها التنموية والمعرفية.
وشهد اللقاء تفاعلاً من الحضور عبر المداخلات والنقاشات التي تناولت واقع المشهد الثقافي، وأهمية تكامل الجهود بين الجهات المختلفة لدعم البرامج والمبادرات الثقافية، بما يعزز الحراك الثقافي ويسهم في تنمية المجتمع.
The Al-Baha Chamber organized a cultural and community meeting yesterday titled "Cultural Development," attended by the Chairman of the Board, Mashi Mohammed Al-Omari, and featuring the participation of several intellectuals and those interested in cultural affairs in the region.
Speaker Dr. Ali Mohammed Al-Rubaie discussed the role of culture in the lives of peoples and its impact on enhancing development and sustainability, as well as the importance of embracing cultural initiatives and institutions, which contributes to enriching the cultural and community movement in the Al-Baha region.
Al-Rubaie highlighted the importance of investing in culture as a cornerstone for community development, its role in developmental transformations, building awareness, and enhancing cultural identity, in addition to discussing ways to support qualitative initiatives and empower cultural institutions to fulfill their developmental and knowledge-based roles.
The meeting witnessed interaction from attendees through interventions and discussions that addressed the reality of the cultural scene and the importance of integrating efforts among various entities to support cultural programs and initiatives, thereby enhancing the cultural movement and contributing to community development.
