نظمت الهيئة العامة لتنظيم الإعلام، بالشراكة مع الهيئة الملكية لمدينة مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة، جولة تعريفية للوفود الإعلامية الدولية والإعلام السعودي المحلي المشاركة في تغطية موسم حج هذا العام 1447هـ، وذلك للاطلاع على أبرز المشروعات والخدمات التي تقدمها حكومة خادم الحرمين الشريفين لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن من حجاج بيت الله الحرام وتعزيز جودة الخدمات المقدمة لهم في مختلف المواقع والمرافق المرتبطة بموسم الحج في مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة.
وتضمنت الجولة زيارة مشروع المملكة للإفادة من الهدي والأضاحي، إذ استمعت الوفود إلى شرح مفصل من مدير المشروع حول آلية العمل داخل المشروع والمراحل التشغيلية التي يمر بها الهدي والأضاحي منذ وصولها إلى المنشأة وحتى تجهيزها ومعالجتها وفق أعلى المعايير الصحية والتنظيمية تمهيداً لتوزيعها وإيصالها إلى المستفيدين في مختلف دول العالم الإسلامي.
كما شملت الجولة زيارة جسر الجمرات، إذ اطلعت الوفود الإعلامية على منظومة الخدمات اللوجستية والتنظيمية التي يوفرها المرفق بهدف تسهيل حركة الحشود وتحقيق أعلى درجات السلامة والراحة للحجاج أثناء تأدية مناسكهم بكل يسر وسهولة ضمن منظومة متكاملة تعكس حجم الجهود المبذولة لخدمتهم، فيما التقطت عدسات الوفود ملامح المشاريع التنموية الحديثة التي تسهم في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، ومن أبرز تلك المشاريع مشروع تظليل المسارات في المشاعر المقدسة ومشروع دورات المياه ذات الطابقين، إضافة إلى مشروع خيام كدانة الخيف ومشاريع التشجير والغطاء النباتي بالمشاعر المقدسة ومناطق استراحات الحجاج على المسارات بالمشاعر المقدسة، إلى جانب زيارة الواجهة الثقافية بجامعة أم القرى التي صممت لإثراء تجربة الحجاج وتعريفهم بالهوية الثقافية والحضارية لمكة المكرمة، وذلك لنقل الصورة المتكاملة عن حجم التطور الذي تشهده منظومة الحج إلى مختلف وسائل الإعلام والوكالات الدولية المشاركة.
يذكر أن هذه الجولة الإعلامية تأتي ضمن الجهود الرامية إلى إبراز ما توليه المملكة العربية السعودية من عناية واهتمام بخدمة الحجاج وتسليط الضوء على حجم المشاريع التطويرية التي تنفذها الجهات المعنية في مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 للارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة وتحسين تجربتهم الإيمانية والخدمية.
واطلعت الوفود خلال الجولة على عدد من الحلول التقنية والميدانية التي جرى تنفيذها هذا العام بهدف تعزيز كفاءة إدارة الحشود ورفع مستوى السلامة، إلى جانب تحسين البيئة العامة داخل المشاعر المقدسة من خلال زيادة المساحات الخضراء وتوفير عناصر الراحة للحجاج على امتداد المسارات ومواقع التنقل.
وشهدت الجولة التأكيد على أهمية التكامل بين الجهات الحكومية والخدمية والإعلامية في نقل الصورة الحقيقية للجهود المبذولة خلال موسم الحج وإبراز ما تحقق من تطور نوعي في البنية التحتية والمشروعات التشغيلية والخدمات الإنسانية المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن بما يعكس المكانة التي تحظى بها مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة في ظل الرعاية الكريمة من القيادة حفظها الله ورعاها.
The General Authority for Media Regulation, in partnership with the Royal Commission for the City of Makkah and the Holy Sites, organized an introductory tour for international media delegations and local Saudi media participating in the coverage of this year's Hajj season 1447 AH. The tour aimed to showcase the most prominent projects and services provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to serve the guests of Allah, the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, and to enhance the quality of services offered to them in various locations and facilities associated with the Hajj season in Makkah and the Holy Sites.
The tour included a visit to the Kingdom's project for benefiting from the sacrificial animals and offerings, where the delegations listened to a detailed explanation from the project manager about the workflow within the project and the operational stages that the sacrificial animals and offerings go through from their arrival at the facility until they are prepared and processed according to the highest health and organizational standards, in preparation for their distribution and delivery to beneficiaries in various countries of the Islamic world.
The tour also included a visit to the Jamarat Bridge, where the media delegations were briefed on the logistical and organizational services provided by the facility to facilitate crowd movement and achieve the highest levels of safety and comfort for the pilgrims while performing their rituals with ease and convenience within a comprehensive system that reflects the magnitude of the efforts made to serve them. The delegations captured images of the modern developmental projects that contribute to serving the guests of Allah, among which are the shading project for the paths in the Holy Sites and the two-story restroom project, in addition to the Kadaanah tents project and the afforestation and vegetation cover projects in the Holy Sites and the rest areas for pilgrims along the paths in the Holy Sites, as well as a visit to the cultural facade at Umm Al-Qura University designed to enrich the pilgrims' experience and introduce them to the cultural and civilizational identity of Makkah, in order to convey a comprehensive picture of the extent of development witnessed by the Hajj system to various media outlets and participating international agencies.
It is noteworthy that this media tour comes as part of the efforts aimed at highlighting the care and attention that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia gives to serving the pilgrims and shedding light on the scale of the developmental projects implemented by the relevant authorities in Makkah and the Holy Sites, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to elevate the quality of services provided and enhance their spiritual and service experience.
During the tour, the delegations were briefed on several technical and field solutions that have been implemented this year to enhance crowd management efficiency and raise safety levels, in addition to improving the overall environment within the Holy Sites by increasing green spaces and providing comfort elements for pilgrims along the paths and transit locations.
The tour emphasized the importance of integration between government, service, and media entities in conveying the true picture of the efforts made during the Hajj season and highlighting the qualitative developments achieved in infrastructure, operational projects, and humanitarian services provided to the guests of Allah, reflecting the status that Makkah and the Holy Sites enjoy under the generous care of the leadership, may Allah protect and preserve them.
