وخلال السنوات الماضية، نجحت وزارة العدل في بناء منظومة مؤسسية متكاملة، قائمة على الحوكمة الدقيقة وقياس الأداء بالمؤشرات، ما أسهم في تحقيق مستويات متقدمة من الانضباط التشغيلي، ووضوح الإجراءات، ورفع جودة المخرجات، وهو ما انعكس بشكل ملموس على تحسين تجربة المستفيد وتعزيز رضاه.
ومع بلوغ هذا المستوى من النضج المؤسسي، تتجه الوزارة نحو مرحلة أكثر تقدمًا تستهدف تعظيم الأثر، وتفعيل أدواتها المؤسسية لدعم اتخاذ القرار وقيادة الأداء بكفاءة أعلى.
وفي هذا السياق، أصدر وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني قرارًا بتشكيل اللجنة العليا للمتابعة والإشراف على أعمال التطوير، برئاسته، لتقود مرحلة جديدة من العمل المؤسسي داخل الوزارة.
وعلمت «عكاظ» أن المرحلة القادمة ستشهد توسعًا في توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في عدد من المجالات المرتبطة بالقضاء، بما يسهم في دعم اتخاذ القرار، وتحسين كفاءة الإجراءات، ورفع جودة المخرجات العدلية.
وستتولى اللجنة مهام استراتيجية تشمل الإشراف على حوكمة أعمال قطاعات الوزارة، ومتابعة تنفيذ القرارات، وتوجيه أعمال اللجان الداخلية، إلى جانب متابعة تنفيذ المبادرات والمشروعات، وتطوير سياسات الخدمات، وقياس مؤشرات الأداء بشكل مستمر.
ويأتي هذا التوجه امتدادًا لمسيرة التحول المؤسسي، بما يعزز الانتقال من ضبط الأداء إلى تعظيم أثره، عبر تبني أساليب عمل متقدمة تدعم سرعة الإنجاز، وترفع كفاءة التشغيل، وتستشرف فرص التطوير المستقبلية.
ويجسد هذا التحول مرحلة جديدة في إدارة العمل العدلي، حيث لم يعد القياس أداة للمتابعة فقط، بل أصبح ممكنًا رئيسًا لقيادة التحسين المستمر، بما ينعكس على جودة الخدمات العدلية ويعزز تجربة المستفيد.

In recent years, the Ministry of Justice has succeeded in building a comprehensive institutional system based on precise governance and performance measurement through indicators, which has contributed to achieving advanced levels of operational discipline, clarity of procedures, and improving output quality, all of which have had a tangible impact on enhancing the beneficiary experience and increasing their satisfaction.
With this level of institutional maturity reached, the ministry is moving towards a more advanced phase aimed at maximizing impact and activating its institutional tools to support decision-making and lead performance with higher efficiency.
In this context, Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani issued a decision to form the Supreme Committee for Monitoring and Supervising Development Works, chaired by him, to lead a new phase of institutional work within the ministry.
Sources informed “Okaz” that the upcoming phase will witness an expansion in the employment of artificial intelligence technologies in several areas related to the judiciary, contributing to supporting decision-making, improving procedural efficiency, and enhancing the quality of judicial outputs.
The committee will undertake strategic tasks that include overseeing the governance of the ministry's sectors, monitoring the implementation of decisions, directing the work of internal committees, as well as following up on the implementation of initiatives and projects, developing service policies, and continuously measuring performance indicators.
This direction comes as an extension of the institutional transformation journey, enhancing the transition from performance control to maximizing its impact, through adopting advanced working methods that support speed of achievement, increase operational efficiency, and anticipate future development opportunities.
This transformation embodies a new phase in managing judicial work, where measurement is no longer just a tool for monitoring, but has become a key enabler for leading continuous improvement, reflecting positively on the quality of judicial services and enhancing the beneficiary experience.
