ألقت إدارة التحريات والبحث الجنائي بشرطة منطقة الرياض، القبض على مقيمين من الجنسية السورية، بعد ظهورهما في محتوى مرئي يسيئان فيه معاملة طفل.
وأوضح البيان أن الواقعة تضمنت انتهاكًا للأنظمة، عبر إرضاع الطفل مادة خاضعة لتنظيم التداول الطبي، في مخالفة لنظامي حماية الطفل ومكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية.
كما أشار إلى تورطهما في ترويج مواد مخدرة باستخدام مركبتين مسروقتين، وضُبط بحوزتهما مبالغ مالية مجهولة المصدر.
وجرى إيقافهما واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهما، وإحالتهما إلى النيابة العامة.
The Criminal Investigation Department of the Riyadh Police has arrested two residents of Syrian nationality after they appeared in a video content where they mistreated a child.
The statement clarified that the incident involved a violation of regulations by feeding the child a substance subject to medical trading regulations, in violation of the Child Protection and Cybercrime laws.
It also indicated their involvement in promoting narcotic substances using two stolen vehicles, and unknown amounts of money were found in their possession.
They were detained, and legal procedures were taken against them, and they were referred to the Public Prosecution.
