التشديد على الالتزام بتأشيرة الحج
تأشيرة العمرة لا تخوّل صاحبها للحج
عقدت وزارة الحج والعمرة أمس (عبر الاتصال المرئي) اللقاء الدوري الـ17 مع شركات العمرة السعودية، برعاية وزير الحج والعمرة الدكتور توفيق بن فوزان الربيعة، بمناسبة ختام موسم العمرة لعام 1447هـ. وجاء اللقاء بمشاركة عدد من قيادات الوزارة وممثلي شركات العمرة، في إطار تعزيز الشراكة مع القطاع والوقوف على نتائج الموسم وأبرز نجاحاته وتحدياته.
واستهل الوزير اللقاء بكلمة ثمّن فيها جهود شركات العمرة وتعاونها خلال موسم رمضان، وما قدمته من خدمات أسهمت في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، ومعالجة أوضاع المعتمرين المتعثرين وإعادتهم إلى بلدانهم. كما أكد أهمية الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات المنظمة لموسم العمرة، بما في ذلك تفويج المعتمرين إلى المطارات في المواعيد المحددة، والتحديث المستمر لبيانات المغادرة عبر منصة «نسك مسار». ودعا الشركات إلى المشاركة الفاعلة في منتدى العمرة والزيارة في نسخته الثالثة.
وشدد الوزير على الضوابط المنظمة لموسم الحج، مؤكداً أنه لا يمكن أداء الحج إلا بتأشيرة حج نظامية، وأن تأشيرة العمرة لا تخوّل صاحبها أداء المناسك. كما ذكّر بالمواعيد التنظيمية لموسم العمرة، إذ سيكون آخر موعد لإصدار التأشيرات في الأول من شوال، وآخر موعد لدخول المعتمرين إلى المملكة 15 شوال، على أن يكون آخر يوم لبقائهم داخل المملكة الأول من ذي القعدة.

The Umrah visa does not grant its holder the right to perform Hajj
Yesterday, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah held the 17th periodic meeting (via video conference) with Saudi Umrah companies, under the patronage of the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, on the occasion of the conclusion of the Umrah season for the year 1447 AH. The meeting included the participation of several ministry leaders and representatives of Umrah companies, as part of enhancing the partnership with the sector and reviewing the results of the season, its major successes, and challenges.
The minister opened the meeting with a speech in which he praised the efforts of the Umrah companies and their cooperation during the Ramadan season, and what they provided in terms of services that contributed to serving the guests of Allah, addressing the situations of stranded pilgrims, and returning them to their countries. He also emphasized the importance of adhering to the regulations and instructions governing the Umrah season, including the timely transportation of pilgrims to the airports and the continuous updating of departure data via the "Nusk Masar" platform. He called on the companies to actively participate in the third edition of the Umrah and Visit Forum.
The minister stressed the regulations governing the Hajj season, confirming that Hajj can only be performed with a legitimate Hajj visa, and that the Umrah visa does not grant its holder the right to perform the rituals. He also reminded of the organizational dates for the Umrah season, stating that the last date for issuing visas will be on the first of Shawwal, and the last date for Umrah performers to enter the Kingdom will be on the 15th of Shawwal, with the last day for their stay in the Kingdom being the first of Dhul-Qi'dah.
