توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس لهذا اليوم (السبت)، هطول أمطار رعدية متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول تصحب بزخات من البرد ورياح شديدة السرعة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار قد تؤدي إلى شبه انعدام في مدى الرؤية الأفقية على أجزاء من مناطق الحدود الشمالية، الجوف، تبوك، حائل، القصيم، والرياض، في حين تكون خفيفة إلى متوسطة على أجزاء من مناطق نجران، جازان، عسير، الباحة، مكة المكرمة، المدينة المنورة، كذلك على الأجزاء الشمالية من المنطقة الشرقية ولا يستبعد تكوّن الضباب خلال الليل وساعات الصباح الباكر على أجزاء من تلك المناطق.
وفي البحر الأحمر، الرياح السطحية جنوبية شرقية بسرعة 21-42 كم/ساعة تصل إلى 50 كم/ساعة مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الشمالي، وارتفاع الموج من متر إلى مترين يصل إلى أعلى من مترين ونصف مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الشمالي، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الشمالي.
وأمّا الخليج العربي، فتكون الرياح السطحية شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة 10-25 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر، وحالة البحر خفيف الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology has predicted in its weather report for today (Saturday) that there will be moderate to heavy thunderstorms leading to flash floods, accompanied by showers of hail and strong winds stirring up dust and sand, which may result in nearly zero visibility in parts of the Northern Borders, Al-Jawf, Tabuk, Hail, Al-Qassim, and Riyadh regions. Meanwhile, light to moderate rain is expected in parts of the Najran, Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Mecca, and Medina regions, as well as in the northern parts of the Eastern Province, and fog formation is not ruled out during the night and early morning hours in parts of those areas.
In the Red Sea, the surface winds are southeast at a speed of 21-42 km/h, reaching up to 50 km/h with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the northern part, and wave heights ranging from one to two meters, exceeding two and a half meters with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the northern part. The sea condition is light to moderate waves, becoming rough with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the northern part.
As for the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds are northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 10-25 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one meter, and the sea condition is light waves.
