وجرى خلال الاتصال بحث مستجدات الأوضاع الراهنة في المنطقة وتداعياتها على الأمن الإقليمي والدولي.
وقد أكد رئيس الوزراء البريطاني وقوف بريطانيا إلى جانب المملكة تجاه الهجمات الإيرانية التي استهدفت أراضي المملكة ودعمها ومساندتها لكل ما يسهم في الحفاظ على سيادتها واستقرارها وسلامة أراضيها.
