شهد الأمين العام لرابطة العالم الإسلامي رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى حفلَ تخريج 70 ألفاً بين حافظ وحافظة لكتاب الله الكريم، الذي أقيم في العاصمة الرواندية كيغالي، بحضور عدد كبير من الوزراء والمسؤولين والعلماء، وجمع غفير من الطلاب والطالبات.
ويأتي هذا الحفل احتفاءً بنخبة من الأبناء والبنات من المسلمين الذين أتمّوا حفظ القرآن الكريم، تنفيذاً لبرامج ومبادرات تعليمية أشرفت عليها الرابطة في عدد من دول العالم، لاسيما في القارة الأفريقية.
وفي افتتاح الحفل، ألقى الأمين العام للرابطة كلمة أبرزَ فيها جهود الرابطة في خدمة كتاب الله تعالى، والعناية بحَفَظَته حول العالم، وفي مقدمة ذلك تحصينهم من كافة مفاهيم التطرف وحمايتهم من الوقوع في شباك منظماته العنيفة.
وقال في سياق كلمته وفي تصريحه الإعلامي: «إن الرابطة تُحَفِّظ وتُعَلِّم»، مؤكداً أن جميع أعمالها تتم بالتنسيق ومن ثم الإشراف المباشر على برامجها ومناهجها الدراسية من قبل كافة حكومات الدول التي تعمل فيها وهو شرط أساسي لعمل الرابطة.
وأضاف: «نسعد بدعوة الجميع للوقوف على مخرجات تلك المعاهد والمراكز القرآنية ليستفيدوا من النموذج الدولي المتميز في تحفيظ القرآن الكريم وتعليمه وتربية طلابه»، وأكد أنه بالإشراف الحكومي -المشار إليه- فإن الحكومات شريكة للرابطة في المسؤولية والنجاح.
ونيابة عن الحُفّاظ والحافظات، ألقى الدكتور أبْكَر ولر مَدُو كلمة نوّه فيها بجهود المعاهد الأكاديمية التابعة للرابطة، في رعاية الحُفّاظ والعناية بهم، وغرْس قيم الوسطية والاعتدال فيهم، وتقدَّم مَدُو في كلمته بالشكر لدولة مقرّ الرابطة: المملكة العربية السعودية، ممثَّلةً في قيادتها، حيث تعدّ الرابطة إحدى حسنات المملكة، وثمرةً من ثمار غرسها المبارك في خدمة الإسلام والمسلمين.
كما أعرب عن شكره للرابطة على جهودها الكبيرة في العناية بحَفَظَة القرآن الكريم، الذين هم «أهلُ الله وخاصّته»، وتعزيز الوعي الشرعي لديهم من هدي القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة حتى أصبحوا منارات اعتدال، وعلى عموم ما تقدِّمه الرابطة للأمة الإسلامية من خير وعطاء، ومساعيها الحثيثة لتحقيق التعايش والسلام بين شعوب العالم.
وشهِد الحفل عرضاً مرئيّاً عن جهود رابطة العالم الإسلامي في تعليم القرآن الكريم، داخل المعاهد والمراكز، مبرِزاً برامج التحفيظ والتأهيل، وما أثمرته هذه الجهود من تعزيزٍ لرسالة القرآن ونشر تعليمه.
وجرى خلال الحفل تكريمُ نخبة من الحُفّاظ والمعلمين المتميزين، وعرْضُ مسارهم القرآني والتعليمي، وما حقّقوه في ذلك من إنجازات، ثم المناصب التي تقلَّدوها بعد تخرجهم، والتي تجلى فيها أثر القرآن الكريم في صناعة التميز والقيادة.
The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, attended the graduation ceremony of 70,000 Quran memorizers, held in the Rwandan capital, Kigali, in the presence of a large number of ministers, officials, scholars, and a vast gathering of male and female students.
This ceremony comes in celebration of a select group of Muslim boys and girls who have completed memorizing the Holy Quran, as part of educational programs and initiatives supervised by the League in several countries around the world, particularly in the African continent.
At the opening of the ceremony, the Secretary-General of the League delivered a speech highlighting the League's efforts in serving the Book of Allah Almighty and caring for its memorizers around the world, foremost among them protecting them from all concepts of extremism and safeguarding them from falling into the traps of violent organizations.
He stated in his speech and in his media statement: "The League memorizes and teaches," emphasizing that all its work is carried out in coordination and direct supervision of its programs and curricula by all the governments of the countries in which it operates, which is a fundamental condition for the League's work.
He added: "We are pleased to invite everyone to witness the outputs of those Quranic institutes and centers to benefit from the distinguished international model in memorizing and teaching the Holy Quran and nurturing its students," and he affirmed that with the aforementioned government supervision, the governments are partners with the League in responsibility and success.
On behalf of the memorizers, Dr. Abkar Walar Madu delivered a speech in which he praised the efforts of the academic institutes affiliated with the League in caring for the memorizers and instilling values of moderation and balance in them. Madu expressed his gratitude to the host country of the League: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by its leadership, as the League is considered one of the blessings of the Kingdom and a fruit of its blessed efforts in serving Islam and Muslims.
He also expressed his thanks to the League for its significant efforts in caring for the memorizers of the Holy Quran, who are "the people of Allah and His chosen ones," and for enhancing their religious awareness from the guidance of the Holy Quran and the noble prophetic tradition, until they became beacons of moderation, and for all that the League provides to the Islamic nation in terms of goodness and giving, and its diligent efforts to achieve coexistence and peace among the peoples of the world.
The ceremony featured a visual presentation about the efforts of the Muslim World League in teaching the Holy Quran within the institutes and centers, highlighting the memorization and qualification programs, and what these efforts have yielded in terms of promoting the message of the Quran and disseminating its teachings.
During the ceremony, a select group of distinguished memorizers and teachers were honored, showcasing their Quranic and educational journey, and the achievements they have made in that regard, as well as the positions they have held after their graduation, which reflected the impact of the Holy Quran in shaping excellence and leadership.
