تتسارع التطورات في قضية الفنان اللبناني فضل شاكر، بعد أن ردّت المحكمة العسكرية جميع طلبات إخلاء السبيل المقدّمة في الملفات الأربعة الملاحق بها، في خطوة أعادت اسمه إلى واجهة المشهد القضائي والإعلامي دفعة واحدة.
وكشفت مصادر مقرّبة من الفنان اللبناني أن القرار شكّل صدمة داخل الدائرة المحيطة به، خصوصاً أن العائلة كانت تعوّل على تحقيق خرق قانوني في ملفين على الأقل: قضية «شتم دولة شقيقة» وملف «حيازة أسلحة حربية». غير أن المحكمة أغلقت الباب مؤقتًا، ما دفع فريق الدفاع إلى التحرك سريعًا لإعداد طلبات جديدة، على أمل إعادة طرح القضية أمام القضاء العسكري بصيغة مختلفة.
التحركات لا تتوقف عند هذا الحد. فالدفاع يدرس أيضًا التقدّم بطلب إضافي في ملف «تهديد هلال حمود»، أحد أكثر الملفات حساسية لارتباطه بأحداث مدينة صيدا الدامية قبل سنوات، والتي لا تزال تلقي بظلالها الثقيلة على القضية.
وفي موازاة ذلك، حدّدت محكمة الجنايات في بيروت يوم 24 أبريل موعدًا لجلسة جديدة في المحاكمة التي تجمع فضل شاكر إلى جانب أحمد الأسير وآخرين، على خلفية قضية محاولة قتل هلال حمود عام 2013، وهي القضية التي تُعد من أخطر المحطات في هذا المسار القضائي المعقّد.
بين ردّ الطلبات واستعداد الدفاع لجولة جديدة، تبدو القضية بعيدة عن الحسم. فكل قرار قضائي يفتح بابًا لسيناريو مختلف، بينما يترقب المتابعون ما ستؤول إليه واحدة من أكثر القضايا إثارة للجدل في الوسط الفني والسياسي معًا.
Developments in the case of Lebanese artist Fadel Shaker are accelerating, after the military court rejected all requests for release submitted in the four files he is being pursued in, in a move that brought his name back to the forefront of the judicial and media scene all at once.
Sources close to the Lebanese artist revealed that the decision came as a shock within his inner circle, especially since the family was counting on achieving a legal breakthrough in at least two files: the case of "insulting a sisterly state" and the file of "possession of military weapons." However, the court temporarily closed the door, prompting the defense team to move quickly to prepare new requests, hoping to re-present the case before the military judiciary in a different format.
The actions do not stop there. The defense is also considering filing an additional request in the file of "threatening Hilal Hamoud," one of the most sensitive files due to its connection to the bloody events in the city of Sidon years ago, which continue to cast a heavy shadow over the case.
In parallel, the Beirut Criminal Court has set April 24 as the date for a new session in the trial that brings Fadel Shaker alongside Ahmad al-Assir and others, in connection with the attempted murder of Hilal Hamoud in 2013, a case considered one of the most dangerous stages in this complex judicial path.
Between the rejection of requests and the defense's preparation for a new round, the case seems far from resolution. Every judicial decision opens the door to a different scenario, while observers await the outcome of one of the most controversial cases in both the artistic and political spheres.
