لم تكن مباراة عادية في ملعب خماسي داخل «كمبوند» راقٍ، بل لحظات تحولت إلى فوضى وصرخات، بعدما اندفع كلب خلف طفلي الفنانة زينة من الفنان أحمد عز، ليسقط أحدهما أرضًا مذعورًا، بينما أُصيب الآخر بخدوش وسط ذهول الحاضرين.
الواقعة التي بدأت بمطاردة داخل ملعب أطفال، انتهت بقرار قضائي ثقيل، صدر اليوم بإحالة جار الفنانة وقريبِه (المالك الأصلي للكلب) إلى المحاكمة الجنائية، بعد أن رأت النيابة المصرية أن ما جرى لم يكن مجرد «حادثة عابرة»، بل نتيجة إهمال واضح في السيطرة على الحيوان داخل مساحة مخصصة للصغار.
التحقيقات، المدعومة بكاميرات المراقبة وشهادات الشهود، كشفت أن الكلب كان بصحبة نجل الجار، وأن السيطرة عليه غابت في اللحظة الأخطر. وتعرض أحد الطفلين لاحتكاك مباشر بالحيوان، فيما سقط شقيقه أثناء محاولة الهرب، في مشهد قالت النيابة إنه كان يمكن تفاديه.
وتمثلت المفاجأة؟في بداية التحقيقات، حين حاول الطرف الآخر نفي ملكية الكلب، قبل أن تحسم التحريات هوية المالك الفعلية، لتتجه المسؤولية القانونية نحوه ونحو والد الطفل المتواجد وقت الواقعة.
وفي المقابل، قررت النيابة حفظ البلاغ المقدم ضد زينة بتهمة السب والقذف، بعدما تبين أن الخلاف انفجر عقب الحادثة مباشرة.
زينة، في أقوالها، اختزلت القضية بجملة واحدة: «أنا أم قبل أي شيء». لكنها حولت تلك اللحظة إلى معركة قانونية انتهت بإحالة المتهمين للمحاكمة، لتتحول مباراة أطفال إلى قضية رأي عام داخل أسوار «كمبوند» مغلق.
It was not an ordinary match in a five-a-side pitch within a luxurious compound, but moments that turned into chaos and screams, after a dog chased after the children of actress Zeina from actor Ahmed Ezz, causing one of them to fall to the ground in fear, while the other was injured with scratches amidst the astonishment of the attendees.
The incident, which began with a chase inside a children's playground, ended with a heavy judicial decision, issued today to refer the actress's neighbor and relative (the original owner of the dog) to criminal trial, after the Egyptian prosecution deemed that what occurred was not just a "passing incident," but a result of clear negligence in controlling the animal within an area designated for children.
The investigations, supported by surveillance cameras and witness testimonies, revealed that the dog was with the neighbor's son, and control over it was lost at the most critical moment. One of the children had direct contact with the animal, while his brother fell while trying to escape, in a scene that the prosecution stated could have been avoided.
The surprise came at the beginning of the investigations when the other party attempted to deny ownership of the dog, before the investigations confirmed the actual owner's identity, shifting the legal responsibility towards him and the father of the child present at the time of the incident.
In contrast, the prosecution decided to dismiss the complaint filed against Zeina on charges of defamation and slander, after it became clear that the dispute erupted immediately following the incident.
Zeina, in her statements, summarized the case in one sentence: "I am a mother before anything else." However, she turned that moment into a legal battle that ended with the referral of the accused to trial, transforming a children's match into a public opinion case within the walls of a closed compound.
