أعلنت وزارة الداخلية، نتائج الحملات الميدانية المشتركة لمتابعة وضبط مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، التي نُفذت في مختلف مناطق المملكة خلال الفترة من 10 إلى 16 شعبان 1447هـ الموافق 29 يناير إلى 4 فبراير 2026م، وأسفرت عن ضبط 20,237 مخالفاً.
وأوضحت الوزارة، أن المخالفين المضبوطين شملوا 12,687 مخالفاً لنظام الإقامة، و4,318 مخالفاً لنظام أمن الحدود، و3,232 مخالفاً لنظام العمل.
وتم ضبط 1,555 شخصاً أثناء محاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى داخل المملكة، شكّل اليمنيون منهم 40%، والإثيوبيون 57%، إضافة إلى 3% من جنسيات أخرى، فيما جرى ضبط 61 شخصاً لمحاولتهم مغادرة المملكة بطرق غير نظامية.
وبيّنت الوزارة، أنه تم توقيف 32 شخصاً تورطوا في نقل أو إيواء أو تشغيل المخالفين أو التستر عليهم، مؤكدة استمرار الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم.
وبلغ عدد المخالفين الخاضعين حالياً لإجراءات تنفيذ الأنظمة 23,807 وافدين، منهم 21,926 رجلاً و1,881 امرأة. كما تمت إحالة 16,805 مخالفين إلى بعثاتهم الدبلوماسية لاستصدار وثائق سفر، وإحالة 2,437 مخالفاً لاستكمال حجوزات سفرهم، إضافة إلى ترحيل 11,656 مخالفاً.
وشددت وزارة الداخلية، في بيانها الصادر، على أن تسهيل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود أو نقلهم أو إيواءهم يُعد جريمة كبرى موجبة للتوقيف، وتصل عقوباتها إلى السجن 15 سنة وغرامة تصل إلى مليون ريال، مع مصادرة وسائل النقل أو السكن المستخدم في الإيواء، إضافة إلى التشهير بالمتورطين، داعية إلى الإبلاغ عن أي حالات مخالفة.
The Ministry of Interior announced the results of the joint field campaigns to monitor and apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, which were carried out in various regions of the Kingdom from the 10th to the 16th of Sha'ban 1447 AH, corresponding to January 29 to February 4, 2026 AD, resulting in the apprehension of 20,237 violators.
The ministry clarified that the apprehended violators included 12,687 violators of the residency system, 4,318 violators of the border security system, and 3,232 violators of the labor system.
A total of 1,555 individuals were apprehended while attempting to cross the borders into the Kingdom, of whom 40% were Yemenis, 57% were Ethiopians, and 3% were of other nationalities. Additionally, 61 individuals were apprehended for attempting to leave the Kingdom through illegal means.
The ministry indicated that 32 individuals were detained for being involved in transporting, sheltering, or employing violators, or for concealing them, emphasizing that legal actions against them will continue.
The number of violators currently undergoing enforcement actions is 23,807 expatriates, including 21,926 men and 1,881 women. Furthermore, 16,805 violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, and 2,437 violators were referred to complete their travel bookings, in addition to the deportation of 11,656 violators.
The Ministry of Interior stressed in its issued statement that facilitating the entry of violators of the border security system, transporting them, or sheltering them is considered a major crime warranting detention, with penalties reaching up to 15 years in prison and fines of up to one million riyals, along with the confiscation of transportation means or housing used for sheltering, in addition to publicizing the names of those involved, urging the reporting of any violations.
