أجرى وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، أمس، اتصالاً هاتفياً بوزير الخارجية في دولة الكويت الشقيقة الشيخ جراح جابر الأحمد الصباح.
وهنّأ الأمير فيصل بن فرحان، في مستهل الاتصال، نظيره الكويتي بمناسبة تعيينه وزيراً للخارجية، معرباً عن خالص تمنياته له بالتوفيق والنجاح، ومؤكداً تطلعه إلى مواصلة العمل المشترك بما يعزز متانة العلاقات الأخوية التي تجمع البلدين والشعبين الشقيقين، ويدعم التعاون الثنائي ومسيرة العمل الخليجي المشترك.
كما تناول الاتصال بحث عدد من القضايا الإقليمية والموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, made a phone call yesterday to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly State of Kuwait, Sheikh Jassem Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
At the beginning of the call, Prince Faisal bin Farhan congratulated his Kuwaiti counterpart on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs, expressing his sincere wishes for success and prosperity, and confirming his eagerness to continue joint work that strengthens the bonds of brotherhood between the two countries and their peoples, and supports bilateral cooperation and the path of joint Gulf action.
The call also addressed a number of regional issues and topics of mutual interest.
