وجرى خلال الاتصال بحث تطورات الأوضاع في المنطقة، وسبل دعم أمنها واستقرارها.
كما أجرى وزير الخارجية اتصالاً هاتفياً، بوزير خارجية سلطنة عمان الشقيقة السيد بدر بن حمد بن حمود البوسعيدي، جرى خلاله بحث مستجدات الأوضاع الإقليمية، والمساعي المشتركة لتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.
