ضمن الجهود الإنسانية الهادفة إلى تقديم الرعاية الصحية المتخصصة للفئات المحتاجة، تتواجد قافلة سعودية طبية هي السابعة في جزيرة بمبا بجمهورية تنزانيا الاتحادية سيرتها الندوة العالمية للشباب الإسلامي، من المتوقع أن تُجري نحو 250 عملية جراحية.
تشمل القافلة أربعة تخصصات طبية هي: المسالك البولية للكبار، والمسالك البوليه للصغار والعظام، والجراحة العامة، و جراحة الأطفال، وذلك ضمن برنامج طبي متكامل يهدف إلى سد جزء من الاحتياج الصحي في المنطقة.
خدمات علاجية
أوضح ذلك رئيس القافلة الدكتور أيمن السليماني، استشاري المسالك البولية بمستشفى الملك فهد بجدة، مبيناً أن القافلة تضم أكثر من 15 جراحاً وخمسه استشاريين تخدير متخصصين من المملكة العربية السعودية، يشاركون بخبراتهم الطبية في تقديم الخدمات العلاجية والجراحية للمستفيدين، وللتخفيف من معاناة المرضى وتوفير الخدمات الجراحية المتخصصة.
الدكتور السليماني أشاد بجهود المملكة العربية السعودية الإنسانية في القارة الأفريقية، من خلال ما تقوم به من أعمال إنسانية وطبية تسهم في دعم القطاع الصحي وخدمة المحتاجين في مختلف دول العالم.
As part of humanitarian efforts aimed at providing specialized healthcare for those in need, a Saudi medical convoy, the seventh of its kind, is present on Pemba Island in the United Republic of Tanzania, organized by the World Assembly of Muslim Youth. It is expected to perform around 250 surgical operations.
The convoy includes four medical specialties: adult urology, pediatric urology, orthopedics, general surgery, and pediatric surgery, as part of a comprehensive medical program aimed at addressing some of the health needs in the region.
Treatment Services
Dr. Ayman Al-Sulaimani, the head of the convoy and a consultant urologist at King Fahd Hospital in Jeddah, explained that the convoy includes more than 15 surgeons and five specialized anesthesiologists from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who share their medical expertise in providing treatment and surgical services to beneficiaries, alleviating patient suffering, and offering specialized surgical services.
Dr. Al-Sulaimani praised the humanitarian efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the African continent, highlighting the humanitarian and medical work that contributes to supporting the healthcare sector and serving those in need in various countries around the world.
