دعت الهيئة العامة للنقل الأفراد والمنشآت إلى استخدام عناوينهم الوطنية، قبل تطبيق القرار الذي يُلزم جميع شركات نقل الطرود بعدم استلام أو نقل أي شحنة بريدية لا تتضمن العنوان الوطني اعتبارًا من مطلع شهر يناير القادم، والمتبقي منه 15 يومًا على تنفيذ القرار.
وأشارت الهيئة إلى أن ذلك بهدف تحسين تجربة العملاء، وتسريع عمليات التوصيل، إلى جانب الحد من الاتصالات غير الضرورية بين المندوبين والمستفيدين، بما يسهم في تحقيق أعلى معايير الدقة والانسيابية في العمليات التشغيلية بشركات نقل الطرود، ويجسد ذلك التزام الهيئة في دعم تنفيذ مستهدفات الإستراتيجية الوطنية للنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، وحرصها الكامل على تطوير قطاع نقل الطرود، بما يعزز الاستدامة، ويرسخ مكانة المملكة مركزًا عالميًا رائدًا في هذا المجال.
كفاءة الخدمات
وبينت الهيئة أنه يمكن لجميع الأفراد معرفة عنوانهم الوطني، من خلال المنصة الرسمية للعنوان الوطني، إضافة إلى «أبشر»، و«توكلنا»، إلى جانب منصتي «صحتي»، و«سبل»، مشيرة إلى أن اعتماد العنوان الوطني يسهم في تحديد مواقع المنازل والمنشآت بدقة؛ مما يدعم رفع كفاءة الخدمات اللوجستية، ويعزز نمو التجارة الإلكترونية، ويسهم في تطوير مختلف الخدمات الحكومية.
The General Authority for Transport has called on individuals and establishments to use their national addresses before the implementation of the decision that obligates all parcel transport companies not to receive or transport any postal shipment that does not include the national address starting from the beginning of next January, with only 15 days remaining until the decision is enforced.
The authority indicated that this aims to improve customer experience, expedite delivery processes, and reduce unnecessary communications between representatives and beneficiaries, contributing to achieving the highest standards of accuracy and smoothness in the operational processes of parcel transport companies. This reflects the authority's commitment to supporting the implementation of the objectives of the national transport and logistics strategy and its full dedication to developing the parcel transport sector, enhancing sustainability, and establishing the Kingdom as a leading global hub in this field.
Service Efficiency
The authority clarified that all individuals can find out their national address through the official national address platform, in addition to "Absher," and "Tawakkalna," as well as the "Sehati" and "Sabl" platforms, noting that adopting the national address helps accurately determine the locations of homes and establishments; thus supporting the enhancement of logistics service efficiency, boosting e-commerce growth, and contributing to the development of various government services.
