اعتمدت وزارة البلديات، الاشتراطات الفنية والتنظيمية لمحلات بيع أسطوانات غاز البترول السائل، وأفادت أن الاشتراطات تشمل المعايير المرتبطة بتصنيف الأنشطة، ومتطلبات التراخيص، والموقع، والمساحة، إضافةً إلى الجوانب الفنية والمعمارية، وتحديد المساحات الأدنى للمواقع، ومتطلبات اللوحات التجارية، وتوفير مسارات مخصصة لتحميل وتفريغ الأسطوانات، وتطبيق كود البناء السعودي في ما يتعلق بمواد البناء والتهوية والوقاية من الحريق.
الهوية العمرانية
ومن الالتزام بالهوية العمرانية، ومنع التعدي على الأرصفة أو استخدام الأرصفة العامة في النشاط، إلى جانب إلزام المنشآت بوجود كاميرات مراقبة، ولوحات داخلية تعريفية، وملصقات الدفع الإلكتروني، فضلًا عن المحافظة على الصيانة الدورية والنظافة العامة.
ودعت وزارة البلديات والإسكان المستثمرين إلى الالتزام بجميع الاشتراطات المعتمدة وتصحيح أوضاع منشآتهم، مؤكدةً أن الأمانات والبلديات ستتولى مهام الرقابة والتفتيش ضمن نطاق اختصاصها المكاني، مع إيقاع العقوبات النظامية بحق المخالفين.
The Ministry of Municipalities has adopted the technical and regulatory requirements for shops selling liquefied petroleum gas cylinders. It stated that the requirements include standards related to activity classification, licensing requirements, location, and area, in addition to technical and architectural aspects, determining the minimum space for locations, requirements for commercial signage, providing designated pathways for loading and unloading cylinders, and applying the Saudi Building Code regarding construction materials, ventilation, and fire prevention.
Urban Identity
Commitment to urban identity includes preventing encroachments on sidewalks or using public sidewalks for business activities, as well as requiring establishments to have surveillance cameras, internal identification signs, and electronic payment stickers, in addition to maintaining regular maintenance and public cleanliness.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has urged investors to comply with all approved requirements and rectify the status of their establishments, confirming that municipalities will undertake oversight and inspection tasks within their spatial jurisdiction, imposing legal penalties on violators.
