كرم محافظ هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية المهندس هيثم بن عبدالرحمن العوهلي مجموعة stc، ممكّن التحول الرقمي، لحصولها على جائزتي أفضل تجربة للمُستخدمين 2025 لخدمات الاتصالات المتنقلة و خدمات الاتصالات الثابتة ذات البنية التحتية، حيث تسلم التكريم الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة stc المهندس عليان بن محمد الوتيد.
وجاء التكريم تقديراً لتميّز مجموعة stc في تقديم خدمات الاتصالات الثابتة والمتنقلة لفئة الأفراد، وهو ما يعكس التزام المجموعة بتطبيق المعايير والمؤشرات المرتبطة بتجربة المستخدمين، ومنها قياس مؤشر رضا المستخدمين، وسهولة الحصول على الخدمات الرقمية ومؤشرالتقنيات للهيئة، بهدف تطوير خدمات الاتصالات وتحفيز التنافسية والارتقاء بتجربة المستخدمين في المملكة.

The Governor of the Communications, Space, and Technology Authority, Engineer Haitham bin Abdulrahman Al-Othaili, honored the stc Group, a digital transformation enabler, for winning two awards for Best User Experience 2025 for mobile communication services and fixed communication services with infrastructure. The award was received by the CEO of stc Group, Engineer Aliyan bin Mohammed Al-Wutayd.
This recognition comes in appreciation of the stc Group's excellence in providing fixed and mobile communication services to individuals, reflecting the group's commitment to applying standards and indicators related to user experience, including measuring user satisfaction, ease of access to digital services, and the Authority's technology index, with the aim of developing communication services, stimulating competitiveness, and enhancing user experience in the Kingdom.
