أعلنت المحكمة التجارية بالدمام إنهاء إجراءات التسوية الوقائية وبدء تصفية شركة مستشفى سعد التخصصي المحدودة، العائدة لرجل الأعمال السعودي معن بن عبد الواحد الصانع، بعد سنوات من المحاولات الرامية لإنقاذ الصرح الطبي الذي كان أحد أبرز مستشفيات المنطقة الشرقية.
حكم بالتصفية النهائية
أوضح أمين الإفلاس عبدالله بن تركي الحمودي أن الدائرة الأولى بالمحكمة التجارية في الدمام أصدرت حكمها في الدعوى رقم (474002008) لعام 1447هـ، بتاريخ 17 ربيع الآخر 1447هـ، بإنهاء التسوية الوقائية وافتتاح إجراء التصفية للشركة، داعياً جميع الدائنين إلى تقديم مطالباتهم خلال 90 يوماً من تاريخ الإعلان عبر نموذج «مطالبة الدائن للمدين».
ديون تتجاوز 680 مليون ريال
ووفق الوثائق السابقة للمحكمة، بلغت الديون الإجمالية على المستشفى نحو 681 مليون ريال، منها 516.7 مليون ريال واردة في قائمة المطالبات، و104.4 مليون ريال ديون أخرى، بينما وصلت الديون المتأخرة غير المقدمة إلى أمين الإفلاس إلى نحو 59.8 مليون ريال.
من الصعود إلى الانهيار
يُعد مستشفى سعد التخصصي أحد أبرز مشاريع مجموعة سعد القابضة التي أسسها معن الصانع، وقد كان يُنظر إليه كأحد الصروح الطبية المتقدمة في المملكة قبل أن تتأثر أعمال المجموعة بالأزمة المالية التي ضربت إمبراطورية الصانع عام 2009.
من هو معن الصانع؟
معن بن عبد الواحد الصانع رجل أعمال سعودي من الأحساء، أسس مجموعة سعد التي ضمت شركات في مجالات التمويل والمقاولات والرعاية الصحية والعقارات. كان ضمن قائمة «فوربس» لأغنى رجال العالم عام 2007، قبل أن تتهاوى مجموعته إثر أزمة مالية ضخمة.
خلف القضبان
أُلقي القبض على معن الصانع عام 2017 ضمن قضايا تتعلق بالتزامات مالية وتعثرات مصرفية، ليقضي عدة سنوات في السجن على خلفية نزاعات مالية طويلة مع بنوك ومؤسسات خليجية ودولية. ومنذ ذلك الحين، خضعت أصوله وممتلكاته لعمليات تصفية موسعة شملت شركاته، من بينها مستشفى سعد التخصصي، الذي كان يمثل أحد أبرز رموز نشاطه الاقتصادي في القطاع الصحي.

بهذا الحكم، تُطوى صفحة جديدة من إمبراطورية سعد، التي كانت يوماً من كبرى المجموعات الاستثمارية في الخليج، لتبدأ مرحلة تصفية تُنتظر نتائجها وسط اهتمام واسع من الدائنين.

Final Liquidation Ruling
The bankruptcy trustee, Abdullah bin Turki Al-Hamoudi, clarified that the First Circuit of the Commercial Court in Dammam issued its ruling in case number (474002008) for the year 1447 AH, dated 17 Rabee' Al-Thani 1447 AH, to terminate the preventive settlement and open the liquidation proceedings for the company, calling on all creditors to submit their claims within 90 days from the date of the announcement using the "Creditor's Claim Against Debtor" form.
Debts Exceeding 680 Million Riyals
According to previous court documents, the total debts of the hospital amounted to approximately 681 million Riyals, of which 516.7 million Riyals were listed in the claims list, and 104.4 million Riyals were other debts, while the overdue debts not submitted to the bankruptcy trustee reached about 59.8 million Riyals.
From Rise to Collapse
Saad Specialist Hospital is considered one of the most prominent projects of the Saad Holding Group founded by Maan Al-Sanea, and it was viewed as one of the advanced medical institutions in the Kingdom before the group's operations were affected by the financial crisis that hit Al-Sanea's empire in 2009.

Maan bin Abdul Wahid Al-Sanea is a Saudi businessman from Al-Ahsa, who founded the Saad Group, which included companies in the fields of finance, contracting, healthcare, and real estate. He was listed in Forbes' list of the world's richest men in 2007, before his group collapsed due to a massive financial crisis.
Behind Bars
Maan Al-Sanea was arrested in 2017 in connection with financial obligations and banking defaults, spending several years in prison due to long financial disputes with Gulf and international banks and institutions. Since then, his assets and properties have undergone extensive liquidation processes, including his companies, among them Saad Specialist Hospital, which represented one of the most prominent symbols of his economic activity in the healthcare sector.
The End of a Long Chapter
With this ruling, a new chapter of the Saad Empire, which was once one of the largest investment groups in the Gulf, is closed, marking the beginning of a liquidation phase whose results are awaited amid widespread interest from creditors.
