شددت وزارة التجارة على ضرورة لتزام المنشآت التجارية والمتاجر الإلكترونية بـ 5 شروط عند تنظيم المسابقات التجارية.
و أوضح المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة التجارة عبدالرحمن الحسين، أن الشروط الخمسة تتمثل في إصدار ترخيص إلكتروني من الغرفة التجارية قبل إجراء المسابقة، وإيضاح طريقة الاشتراك ونوعية الجوائز المقدمة للمتسابقين، وتواريخ بدء وانتهاء المسابقة على أن تتم عملية سحب الجوائز تحت إشراف وزارة التجارة.
وقال في حساب الوزارة على منصة x: إن من شروط تنظيم المسابقات التجارية، حظر اشتراط الشراء للدخول في السحب على الجوائز، وعدم زيادة أسعار المنتجات أثناء إقامة المسابقة.
وأضاف: يجب نشر رقم الترخيص في إعلانات المسابقة، مع الالتزام بمنع اشتراك مقدم المسابقة أو أقاربه أو العاملين لدى المنشأة.
وأشار متحدث التجارة إلى ضرورة الالتزام بتسليم الجوائز خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الفرز، وإعلان النتائج في نفس الوسائل التي تم من خلالها الإعلان عن إجراء المسابقة.
وأكد أن الوزارة تمنع تجاوز مدة إقامة المسابقة منذ الإعلان عنها وحتى تسليم الجوائز أكثر من 60 يومًا.
وفي الإطار ذاته حددت وزارة التجارة عقوبات رادعة على كل من يضلل المستهلك بعروض وهمية في اليوم الوطني الـ 95.
وأكد المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة التجارة، عبدالرحمن الحسين، أن الفرق الرقابية التابعة لوزارة التجارة نفذت 4 آلاف جولة على المنشآت التجارية والمتاجر الإلكترونية.
وأوضح أن الوزارة أصدرت أكثر من 4300 رخصة تخفيض لليوم الوطني لـ 4 ملايين منتج وسلعة تشمل الملابس والعطور والمفروشات والهواتف وغيرها من المنتجات.
ولفت إلى أن العقوبات التي تفرض على العروض الوهمية تشمل السجن حتى 3 سنوات والغرامة مليون ريال، وعقوبات أخرى تشمل الإغلاق والشطب والتشهير.

The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce, Abdulrahman Al-Hussein, clarified that the five conditions include obtaining an electronic license from the Chamber of Commerce before conducting the competition, clearly stating the method of participation and the types of prizes offered to contestants, and specifying the start and end dates of the competition, with the prize draw to be conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce.
He stated on the ministry's account on platform x: Among the conditions for organizing commercial competitions is the prohibition of requiring a purchase to enter the prize draw, and not increasing product prices during the competition.
He added: The license number must be published in the competition advertisements, while ensuring that the organizer of the competition, their relatives, or employees of the establishment are prohibited from participating.
The Commerce spokesperson pointed out the necessity of delivering prizes within 7 days from the date of the draw, and announcing the results through the same channels used to announce the competition.
He confirmed that the ministry prohibits the duration of the competition from the announcement until the delivery of prizes from exceeding 60 days.
In the same context, the Ministry of Commerce has set stringent penalties for anyone who misleads consumers with false offers on the 95th National Day.
The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce, Abdulrahman Al-Hussein, confirmed that the monitoring teams affiliated with the Ministry of Commerce conducted 4,000 rounds on commercial establishments and online stores.
He explained that the ministry issued more than 4,300 discount licenses for the National Day for 4 million products and items, including clothing, perfumes, furnishings, phones, and other products.
He noted that the penalties imposed for false offers include imprisonment for up to 3 years and a fine of one million riyals, along with other penalties including closure, cancellation, and defamation.
