برعاية مستشار خادم الحرمين الشريفين أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير خالد الفيصل أطلق وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل وجهتَي الوريف وجدة هايتس، أحدث وجهات NHC في محافظة جدة وذلك بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي لـ NHC محمد البطي.
وأوضح الرئيس التنفيذي لـ NHC أن وجهة «الوريف» أكبر وجهة عمرانية تطورها NHC في منطقة مكة المكرمة بقيمة استثمارية تبلغ أكثر من 9 مليارات، وتمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 10 ملايين متر مربع، موفرةً أكثر من 11 ألف وحدة سكنية متنوّعة، إلى جانب مرافق تعليمية وصحية وتجارية وحدائق عامة تتجاوز مساحاتها 1.3 مليون متر مربع، مضيفاً أن القيمة الاستثمارية لوجهة «جدة هايتس» تتجاوز 7 مليارات ريال، وتصل مساحتها إلى 3.7 مليون متر مربع، وتوفر أكثر من 10 آلاف وحدة سكنية بتصاميم حديثة ومرافق متكاملة، حيث خُصص نصف مساحتها للمرافق والمسطحات الخضراء التي تزيد على 400 ألف متر مربع. وتتميز الوجهة بموقع إستراتيجي في قلب محافظة جدة بالقرب من مدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية ومطار الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي ومدينة جدة الاقتصادية.
وأكّد الرئيس التنفيذي لـ NHC أن إطلاق وجهتَي جدة هايتس والوريف يأتي امتدادًا لجهود الشركة في تطوير وجهات عمرانية حديثة تسهم في الارتقاء بجودة الحياة وترفع نسبة التملك ضمن بيئات متكاملة، وأضاف: «ستنضم الوجهتين إلى محفظة مشاريعنا في جدة بقيمة استثمارية تقارب 52 مليار ريال، نطوّر بها مساحات تزيد على 29 مليون متر مربع».
وشهد الحفل توقيع 17 اتفاقية مع عدد من شركاء NHC من القطاع الخاص لتطوير مشاريع سكنية وتنفيذ أعمال للبنية التحتية، من بينها 11 اتفاقية لتنفيذ مشاريع وحدات سكنية واتفاقية لتنفيذ أعمال البنية التحتية في وجهة جدة هايتس وخمس اتفاقيات لبناء مشاريع وحدات سكنية في وجهة الوريف.

Under the patronage of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Emir of the Makkah Region, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail, launched the Al-Wareef and Jeddah Heights destinations, the latest NHC destinations in Jeddah Governorate, in the presence of NHC's CEO, Mohammed Al-Batti.
The CEO of NHC explained that the "Al-Wareef" destination is the largest urban development being developed by NHC in the Makkah Region, with an investment value exceeding 9 billion, covering an area of more than 10 million square meters, providing over 11,000 diverse housing units, in addition to educational, health, and commercial facilities, as well as public parks covering more than 1.3 million square meters. He added that the investment value of the "Jeddah Heights" destination exceeds 7 billion riyals, with an area of 3.7 million square meters, providing more than 10,000 housing units with modern designs and integrated facilities, with half of its area dedicated to facilities and green spaces exceeding 400,000 square meters. The destination is strategically located in the heart of Jeddah Governorate, near King Abdullah Sports City, King Abdulaziz International Airport, and the Jeddah Economic City.
The CEO of NHC confirmed that the launch of the Jeddah Heights and Al-Wareef destinations is an extension of the company's efforts to develop modern urban destinations that contribute to enhancing the quality of life and increasing home ownership within integrated environments. He added, "The two destinations will join our portfolio of projects in Jeddah with an investment value of nearly 52 billion riyals, where we are developing areas exceeding 29 million square meters."
The ceremony witnessed the signing of 17 agreements with several NHC partners from the private sector to develop housing projects and implement infrastructure works, including 11 agreements for the implementation of housing unit projects and an agreement for infrastructure works in the Jeddah Heights destination, as well as five agreements for building housing unit projects in the Al-Wareef destination.
