أصدرت وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية 43,130 «شهادة منشأ» خلال شهر يوليو الماضي، وذلك في إطار سعيها إلى دعم الخدمة وتسهيلها على المصدرين في مختلف القطاعات سواءً الصناعي، أو التجاري، أو قطاع الأفراد.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية جراح بن محمد الجراح، أن شهادة المنشأ تعد وثيقة تُفيد بأن المنتجات المصدرة إلى الخارج هي من أصل وطني أو اكتسبت صفة المنشأ الوطني، وتستهدف الخدمة المنشآت الصناعية، والقطاع التجاري من الشركات والمؤسسات، وقطاع الأفراد الذي يشمل المزارعين، والصيادين، وذوي الأنشطة الفردية، والحرفيين المحليين وغيرهم.
وأفاد الجراح بأن الشهادة تتضمن أربعة نماذج، هي: (شهادة منشأ للمنتجات الوطنية لدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، وشهادة منشأ للمنتجات الوطنية للدول العربية، وشهادة المنشأ «التفضيلية» وهي النموذج الموحد لدول الخليج العربي عند التصدير إلى الدول والتجمعات الاقتصادية التي أُبرمت معها اتفاقيات تجارة حرة، وشهادة منشأ باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية للدول التي لا تمنح المعاملة التفضيلية «النموذج العام»).
وأوضح متحدث وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية أنه يمكن التقديم للحصول على شهادة المنشأ عبر الموقع الإلكتروني للوزارة.

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources issued 43,130 "Certificates of Origin" during the past month of July, as part of its efforts to support and facilitate services for exporters in various sectors, whether industrial, commercial, or individual.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Jirrah bin Mohammed Al-Jirrah, explained that the Certificate of Origin is a document that certifies that the products exported abroad are of national origin or have acquired the status of national origin. The service targets industrial establishments, the commercial sector of companies and institutions, and the individual sector, which includes farmers, fishermen, those engaged in individual activities, local artisans, and others.
Al-Jirrah stated that the certificate includes four models: (Certificate of Origin for national products for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, Certificate of Origin for national products for Arab countries, the "preferential" Certificate of Origin, which is the unified model for Gulf countries when exporting to countries and economic blocs with which free trade agreements have been concluded, and a Certificate of Origin in both Arabic and English for countries that do not grant preferential treatment, the "general model").
