One of the specialized associations in facility management has predicted that the facility management market in Saudi Arabia will grow from $39.4 billion in 2024 to $52.5 billion in 2029.
The association explained in a research paper, according to what was published by the website "Al Arabiya.net," that the facility management market in the Kingdom is growing at a compound annual growth rate of 5.9%, driven by major projects under Vision 2030, including NEOM, the Red Sea, Qiddiya, in addition to Expo 2030 and King Salman International Airport.
This comes as the activities of the International Facility Management Conference and Exhibition 2025 kicked off yesterday at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, organized by the Saudi Facility Management Association, under the slogan "Smart Facilities."
The event will continue until August 26, with a wide international presence and the sponsorship of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Hoqail. This event records the participation of more than 126 local and international entities from the public and private sectors, in addition to more than 100 speakers and global experts, making it a key platform for exchanging experiences and discussing the latest developments in facility management. The conference is expected to provide an opportunity to enhance integration among various entities and support the exchange of insights and successful experiences at both local and global levels.
