كشف مدير عام الاتصال الإستراتيجي المتحدث باسم الهيئة العامة للعقار تيسير المفرّج، أن الهيئة حققت خلال عامين من نظام الوساطة العقارية من تاريخ (18/ 7/ 2023- 18/ 7/ 2025) العديد من المؤشرات الإيجابية في قطاع الوساطة، من بينها قيمة الصفقات العقارية التي بلغت نحو 1.2 تريليون ريال نتيجة أكثر من 8 ملايين صفقة عقارية، ووصول عدد المرخصين لمزاولة نشاط الوساطة إلى أكثر من 86 ألف مرخص، علاوة على ترخيص 75 منصة عقارية إلكترونية تحتوي على أكثر من 685 ألف إعلان مرخص، لافتا إلى أن كل هذه الأرقام تعكس حجم السوق العقاري السعودي وثقة المستثمر المحلي والدولي.
واستعرض المفرّج ضمن كلمته الافتتاحية في أعمال «ملتقى الوساطة العقارية 2025»، بنسخته الثانية الذي نظّمته الهيئة بمركز الرياض للمؤتمرات والمعارض في العاصمة الرياض، بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة المهندس عبدالله الحمّاد، المنجزات التي حققها نظام الوساطة العقارية منذ بدء تطبيقه وحتى اليوم، مشيرا إلى أن النظام أحدث تحوّلا جوهريا في بنية القطاع، بنقل الوساطة، إلى مهنة مرخصة محكومة بالضوابط، ومحددة المهمات والالتزامات.
من جانبهم أكد المتحدثون في الجلسة الحوارية الأولى التي ناقشت «التحديثات التشريعية وفرص التمكين في نظام الوساطة العقارية»، أن القطاع العقاري اليوم بات من القطاعات الممكنة التي تعمل في ظل بيئة تشريعية محفزة، أسهمت في نمو وتطور القطاع، مشيرين إلى أن المملكة اليوم تشهد وجود سوق عقاري يعيش أكبر تحوّل تنظيمي في تاريخه، مدفوعا برؤية المملكة 2030، بما يسهم في تعزيز الموثوقية والاستدامة.
وتطرق المتحدثون في الجلسة الحوارية الثانية إلى «المنتج العقاري من بناء القيمة إلى البيع المستدام» مشيدين بالتسارع التنموي الذي تشهده المملكة والذي يعد الأعلى على مستوى المنطقة والعالم، وأن المخططات السكنية في الأحياء أصبحت أكثر تنظيما من خلال الحوكمة العمرانية التي فرضتها الأنظمة والتشريعات الجديدة، ممّا أسهم في تعزيز معايير جودة الحياة.
يُذكر أن «الهيئة» نظّمت النسخة الثانية من الملتقى، استكمالا للجهود الرامية إلى تطوير بيئة الأعمال العقارية، عبر منظومة متكاملة تشمل الجوانب التنظيمية والمهنية والتوعوية، بما يسهم في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي، وتحقيق تطلعات الإستراتيجية الشاملة للقطاع العقاري.

The General Director of Strategic Communication and Spokesperson for the General Authority for Real Estate, Taysir Al-Mufarij, revealed that the authority has achieved many positive indicators in the real estate brokerage sector during the two years of the real estate brokerage system from the date (18/7/2023 - 18/7/2025). Among these indicators is the value of real estate transactions, which reached approximately 1.2 trillion riyals as a result of more than 8 million real estate transactions, and the number of licensed individuals to practice brokerage activities has exceeded 86,000. Additionally, 75 electronic real estate platforms have been licensed, containing more than 685,000 licensed advertisements, noting that all these figures reflect the size of the Saudi real estate market and the confidence of local and international investors.
In his opening speech at the "Real Estate Brokerage Forum 2025," in its second edition organized by the authority at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in the capital Riyadh, attended by the CEO of the authority, Engineer Abdullah Al-Hammad, Al-Mufarij reviewed the achievements made by the real estate brokerage system since its implementation until today, pointing out that the system has brought about a fundamental transformation in the structure of the sector, by shifting brokerage to a licensed profession governed by regulations, with defined tasks and obligations.
For their part, the speakers in the first panel discussion, which discussed "Legislative Updates and Empowerment Opportunities in the Real Estate Brokerage System," confirmed that the real estate sector today has become one of the empowered sectors operating within a stimulating legislative environment, contributing to the growth and development of the sector. They pointed out that the Kingdom is currently witnessing a real estate market undergoing the largest regulatory transformation in its history, driven by the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which contributes to enhancing reliability and sustainability.
The speakers in the second panel discussion addressed "The Real Estate Product from Value Creation to Sustainable Sale," praising the developmental acceleration witnessed by the Kingdom, which is the highest in the region and the world. They noted that residential plans in neighborhoods have become more organized through the urban governance imposed by new regulations and legislation, which has contributed to enhancing quality of life standards.
It is worth mentioning that the "Authority" organized the second edition of the forum, continuing efforts aimed at developing the real estate business environment through an integrated system that includes regulatory, professional, and awareness aspects, contributing to enhancing economic growth and achieving the aspirations of the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector.
