عقد مجلس إدارة المعهد الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين اجتماعه السادس لدورته الـ40، بحضور رئيس الديوان العام للمحاسبة رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين الداخليين عضو مجلس إدارة المعهد الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين الدكتور حسام بن عبدالمحسن العنقري، وبقية أعضاء مجلس الإدارة.
واستعرض المجلس خلال الاجتماع أبرز أعمال الربع الأول والثاني من عام 2025، إلى جانب مناقشة البنود المدرجة على جدول الأعمال، التي اتُّخذت العديد من التوصيات والقرارات بشأنها.
ويسعى مجلس إدارة المعهد الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين إلى مواصلة جهوده المثمرة لتطوير المعايير المهنية ونشر الوعي بدور المراجعة الداخلية، بما يتماشى مع التطورات التقنية والمهنية العالمية، كما يهدف إلى دفع عجلة تطور المهنة وممارسيها من خلال وضع إستراتيجيات وخطط مستقبلية تسهم في توسيع آفاق المهنة وتواكب المستجدات العلمية والتقنية.
وقدّم أعضاء مجلس إدارة المعهد الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين التهنئة للمملكة العربية السعودية ممثلةً في الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين الداخليين بمناسبة فوزها بملف استضافة المؤتمر الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين لعام 2027، مؤكدين أن هذا الإنجاز يُعد تتويجاً للجهود الحثيثة التي تبذلها المملكة لتعزيز حضورها الدولي في مجال المراجعة الداخلية، وترسيخ دورها القيادي في تطوير المهنة على الصعيدين الإقليمي والعالمي.
ويعد المعهد الدولي للمراجعين الداخليين المرجع المهني الأول في العالم حول كل ما يخص مهنة المراجعة الداخلية، الذي تأسس في عام 1941، ويقع مقره الرئيسي في ولاية فلوريدا الأمريكية، إذ يعمل على توفير فرص تعليمية وتطويرية مهنية شاملة، ومعايير وإرشادات الممارسة المهنية الأخرى، وبرامج الشهادات والبحث ونشر وتعزيز المعرفة المتعلقة بالمراجعة الداخلية، والدور المناسب في إدارة المخاطر والحوكمة للممارسين وأصحاب المصلحة.
The Board of Directors of the International Institute of Internal Auditors held its sixth meeting for its 40th session, attended by the President of the General Court of Accounts, the Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Authority for Internal Auditors, and a member of the Board of the International Institute of Internal Auditors, Dr. Hussam bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Anqari, along with the other board members.
During the meeting, the board reviewed the highlights of the first and second quarters of 2025, in addition to discussing the items listed on the agenda, for which many recommendations and decisions were made.
The Board of Directors of the International Institute of Internal Auditors aims to continue its fruitful efforts to develop professional standards and raise awareness of the role of internal auditing, in line with global technological and professional developments. It also seeks to advance the profession and its practitioners by establishing strategies and future plans that contribute to expanding the horizons of the profession and keeping pace with scientific and technological advancements.
The members of the Board of Directors of the International Institute of Internal Auditors congratulated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Saudi Authority for Internal Auditors, on winning the bid to host the International Conference of Internal Auditors in 2027, affirming that this achievement is a culmination of the diligent efforts made by the Kingdom to enhance its international presence in the field of internal auditing and to solidify its leadership role in developing the profession at both the regional and global levels.
The International Institute of Internal Auditors is the primary professional reference in the world regarding everything related to the internal auditing profession, established in 1941, with its headquarters located in the state of Florida, USA. It works to provide comprehensive educational and developmental opportunities, professional standards and guidelines, certification programs, research, and the dissemination and enhancement of knowledge related to internal auditing, as well as the appropriate role in risk management and governance for practitioners and stakeholders.
