أعلنت NHC تحقيق وجهة «السدن» مبيعات قياسية تجاوزت 2.5 مليار ريال، بعد بيع أكثر من 3 آلاف وحدة سكنية، وذلك منذ انطلاقتها في عام 2024 حتى اليوم.
وتقع وجهة «السدن» جنوب محافظة جدة، على مساحة تتجاوز 4.2 مليون متر مربع، وتضم وحدات سكنية متنوعة تشمل الفلل، والتاون هاوس، والشقق، ضمن بيئة عمرانية متكاملة المرافق والخدمات، مما يعكس حجم الطلب المتزايد على الوحدات المصممة وفق أعلى المعايير.

The "Al-Sudan" destination is located south of Jeddah, covering an area of over 4.2 million square meters, and includes a variety of residential units such as villas, townhouses, and apartments, within a fully integrated urban environment with facilities and services, reflecting the increasing demand for units designed according to the highest standards.
The strategic location of the destination at the intersection of a network of main roads facilitates easy access to and from it, enhancing the quality of life and residential well-being. "Al-Sudan" also contributes to providing a comprehensive environment that includes mosques, schools, health centers, recreational and sports facilities, in addition to childcare centers, commercial facilities, and green spaces exceeding half a million square meters, making it a sustainable destination full of life.
