أطلقت شركة تطوير للمباني (TBC)- إحدى شركات تطوير التعليم القابضة والذراع التنفيذي لمشاريع وزارة التعليم- مشروعًا طموحًا لبناء 166 مدرسة حكومية في وجهات NHC العمرانية في عدد من مناطق المملكة، ضمن جهود مشتركة لتطوير بيئة تعليمية حديثة تعزز جودة الحياة وتتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
وقد باشرت TBC، بصفتها الجهة المنفذة، استلام مواقع المشاريع في 8 وجهات عمرانية تتوزع في الرياض ومكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والمنطقة الشرقية وتبوك، وتشمل الأعمال تنفيذ 61 مدرسة في الرياض ضمن وجهات خزام والمشرقية والأصالة، و51 مدرسة في جدة ضمن وجهتي خيالا والجوهرة، و7 مدارس في المدينة المنورة ضمن وجهة الدار، و33 مدرسة في المنطقة الشرقية ضمن وجهتي الأحساء والواجهة في الدمام.
وتتسم المدارس الجديدة بتصاميم مبتكرة طورتها TBC، مستلهمة متطلبات المجتمعات العمرانية المطورة، ومراعية للخصوصية الثقافية في كل منطقة، بما يتماشى مع النمط العمراني لمخططات NHC. كما تشجع هذه التصاميم على دمج العملية التعليمية بالحياة اليومية للسكان. وتُنفذ هذه المدارس دون أسوار، مع مساحات مفتوحة قابلة للاستخدام خارج أوقات الدوام الدراسي، بما يعزز مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية.
ويمثل هذا المشروع امتدادًا لتكامل أدوار NHC وTBC في توفير بنية تحتية تعليمية متقدمة داخل الأحياء السكنية، إلى جانب بقية المرافق الصحية والترفيهية، بما يسهم في بناء مجتمعات متكاملة وتعليم أكثر ارتباطًا بحياة الفرد والمجتمع.
The Development Buildings Company (TBC) - one of the companies under the Education Development Holding and the executive arm for the Ministry of Education projects - has launched an ambitious project to build 166 public schools in NHC urban destinations across several regions of the Kingdom, as part of joint efforts to develop a modern educational environment that enhances quality of life and aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
TBC, as the executing entity, has begun receiving project sites in 8 urban destinations located in Riyadh, Mecca, Medina, the Eastern Province, and Tabuk. The works include the construction of 61 schools in Riyadh within the Khuzam, Al-Mashreq, and Al-Asalah destinations, 51 schools in Jeddah within the Khayala and Al-Jawhara destinations, 7 schools in Medina within the Dar destination, and 33 schools in the Eastern Province within the Al-Ahsa and Al-Wajha destinations in Dammam.
The new schools feature innovative designs developed by TBC, inspired by the needs of the developed urban communities, while also respecting the cultural privacy of each area, in line with the urban style of the NHC plans. These designs encourage the integration of the educational process with the daily lives of residents. These schools are implemented without fences, with open spaces that can be used outside of school hours, enhancing the concept of community schools.
This project represents an extension of the integration of roles between NHC and TBC in providing advanced educational infrastructure within residential neighborhoods, alongside other health and recreational facilities, contributing to the building of integrated communities and education that is more connected to the lives of individuals and society.
