ارتفعت واردات السعودية السلعية خلال شهر مارس 2025 بشكل طفيف إلى 74 مليار ريال، بنسبة 0.1% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من عام 2024. ومقارنة بشهر فبراير 2025، ارتفعت الواردات السعودية من السلع بنحو 1.65 مليار ريال، بنسبة 2%، وذلك حسب بيانات هيئة الإحصاء.
واستحوذت الآلات والأجهزة الآلية، والمعدات الكهربائية وأجزاؤها على 26% من إجمالي واردات المملكة في مارس الماضي، بقيمة 19.3 مليار ريال، ثم قسم العربات والطائرات والبواخر ومعدات النقل بنحو 15%.
واستحوذت الصين على 25% من إجمالي واردات السعودية في مارس 2025، بقيمة 18.7 مليار ريال، تلتها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بقيمة 5.8 مليار ريال، ثم الإمارات ﺑ4.4 مليار ريال.
وشكلت أهم 10 دول تم الاستيراد منها نحو 65% من إجمالي الواردات ما يعادل 48.1 مليار ريال.
وفي تقريرها الشهري الصادر أخيراً، أعلنت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء تسجيل ارتفاع الرقم القياسي لأسعار المستهلكين خلال شهر أبريل من العام الحالي 2025، إذ بلغت نسبة الزيادة 2.3% مقارنةً بالشهر نفسه من عام 2024.
وعزت الهيئة هذا الارتفاع السنوي في الأسعار إلى زيادة تكاليف السكن والمياه والكهرباء والغاز، وأنواع الوقود الأخرى، التي سجلت أعلى معدلات الارتفاع بنسبة 6.8%. وساهم ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية والمشروبات بنسبة 2.2%، وصعود أسعار السلع والخدمات الشخصية المتنوعة بنسبة 3.5% في تعزيز هذه الموجة التضخمية.
وسجلت بعض الأقسام الرئيسية انخفاضاً سنوياً في الأسعار، حيث تراجعت أسعار الأثاث وتجهيزات المنزل بنسبة 1.8%. وانخفضت أسعار الاتصالات بنسبة 1.5%. كما شهدت أسعار الملابس والأحذية انخفاضاً بنسبة 1.2%، والنقل بنسبة 1.0%.
كما شهدت أسعار الصحة والترفيه والثقافة انخفاضاً طفيفاً بنسب بلغت 0.2% و0.7% على التوالي، ما يعكس استقراراً نسبياً في تكاليف هذه الخدمات والمنتجات. في المقابل، سجل قسم التبغ ارتفاعاً طفيفاً بنسبة 0.1%.

Saudi Arabia's merchandise imports slightly increased in March 2025 to 74 billion riyals, a rise of 0.1% compared to the same period in 2024. Compared to February 2025, Saudi imports of goods rose by approximately 1.65 billion riyals, or 2%, according to data from the Statistics Authority.
The machinery and mechanical appliances, electrical equipment and their parts accounted for 26% of the Kingdom's total imports in March, valued at 19.3 billion riyals, followed by the vehicles, aircraft, ships, and transport equipment sector at around 15%.
China accounted for 25% of Saudi Arabia's total imports in March 2025, valued at 18.7 billion riyals, followed by the United States with 5.8 billion riyals, and the UAE with 4.4 billion riyals.
The top 10 countries from which imports were made constituted about 65% of total imports, equivalent to 48.1 billion riyals.
In its recently released monthly report, the General Authority for Statistics announced an increase in the consumer price index during April of the current year 2025, with an increase rate of 2.3% compared to the same month in 2024.
The Authority attributed this annual increase in prices to rising costs of housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels, which recorded the highest increase rate of 6.8%. The rise in food and beverage prices by 2.2%, and the increase in prices of various personal goods and services by 3.5% contributed to this inflationary wave.
Some major sections recorded an annual decrease in prices, with furniture and household equipment prices falling by 1.8%. Communication prices decreased by 1.5%. Clothing and footwear prices also saw a decline of 1.2%, and transportation by 1.0%.
Health, entertainment, and cultural prices experienced a slight decrease of 0.2% and 0.7% respectively, reflecting relative stability in the costs of these services and products. In contrast, the tobacco sector recorded a slight increase of 0.1%.
