سجّل قطاع توصيل الطلبات في المملكة نمواً ملحوظاً خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026، مع تجاوز عدد العمليات 132 مليون عملية طلب لشركات توصيل الطلبات، بزيادة بلغت 30.5% مقارنة بالربع المماثل من العام الماضي، وذلك وفق مؤشر صادر عن الهيئة العامة للنقل.
وأكدت الهيئة بحسب المؤشر أن منطقة الرياض تصدرت قائمة إجمالي الطلبات بنسبة 44% تلتها منطقة مكة المكرمة بواقع 22%، ثم المنطقة الشرقية بنسبة 16%، فيما توزعت النسب المتبقية للطلبات على باقي مناطق المملكة من بينها المدينة المنورة بنسبة 5%.
توسع متسارع
وتأتي هذه النتائج في ظل التوسع المتسارع لقطاع الخدمات اللوجستية والتجارة الإلكترونية في المملكة، المدعوم بالتحول الرقمي واعتماد الحلول التقنية، إلى جانب تطور نماذج الأعمال في قطاع التوصيل، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة التشغيل وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين، وتعزيز الحراك الاقتصادي.
ويعكس النمو استمرار تطور نشاط توصيل الطلبات، مدفوعاً بزيادة الاعتماد على التطبيقات الرقمية وتنامي الطلب الاستهلاكي، فضلاً عن تحسين البنية التنظيمية للقطاع، بما يعزز تجربة المستخدم ويرفع مستوى التنافسية.
The delivery sector in the Kingdom recorded significant growth during the second quarter of 2026, with the number of operations exceeding 132 million delivery requests for delivery companies, an increase of 30.5% compared to the same quarter last year, according to an index issued by the General Transport Authority.
The Authority confirmed, according to the index, that the Riyadh region topped the list of total requests with 44%, followed by the Makkah region at 22%, then the Eastern Province at 16%, while the remaining percentages of requests were distributed across other regions of the Kingdom, including Medina at 5%.
Accelerated Expansion
These results come amid the accelerated expansion of the logistics and e-commerce sector in the Kingdom, supported by digital transformation and the adoption of technological solutions, alongside the evolution of business models in the delivery sector, which contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, as well as boosting economic activity.
The growth reflects the continued development of delivery activities, driven by increased reliance on digital applications and rising consumer demand, in addition to improving the regulatory framework of the sector, which enhances user experience and raises competitiveness.
