أعلن الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين أن بلاده تمكنت من تدارك خطر حدوث تضخم مفرط، محذراً في الوقت نفسه من مخاطر تهدد حركة الشحن والتجارة الدولية في ظل الوضع الراهن.
وأوضح خلال الجلسة العامة للمنتدى الاقتصادي الشرقي أن روسيا تهدف إلى جعل الملاحة عبر طريق بحر الشمال متاحة على مدار العام.
تطوير ممر النقل
وقال بوتين: «أود أن أتطرق بشكل منفصل إلى مسألة تطوير ممر النقل عبر القطب الشمالي، الذي يمتد من سانت بطرسبورغ ومورمانسك عبر طريق بحر الشمال إلى فلاديفوستوك، ومنها إلى دول منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، في الوضع العالمي الصعب الراهن، وفي ظل المخاطر التي تهدد الملاحة والتجارة العالمية».
وأضاف: «من شأن هذا الممر ضمان المرونة والأمن للإمدادات الدولية، وفتح آفاق جديدة أمام عمليات النقل العابر والنقل الساحلي، بما يضمن الإمدادات الشمالية دون انقطاع إلى مناطق القطب الشمالي في روسيا الاتحادية، ونحن نضع نصب أعيننا هدف جعل الملاحة عبر هذا المسار متاحة على مدار العام».
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that his country has managed to avert the risk of hyperinflation, while at the same time warning of dangers threatening shipping and international trade in the current situation.
He clarified during the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum that Russia aims to make navigation through the Northern Sea Route available year-round.
Development of the Transport Corridor
Putin said: "I would like to address separately the issue of developing the transport corridor through the Arctic, which extends from St. Petersburg and Murmansk via the Northern Sea Route to Vladivostok, and from there to the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, in the current difficult global situation, and in light of the risks threatening navigation and global trade."
He added: "This corridor would ensure the flexibility and security of international supplies, and open new horizons for transit and coastal transport, ensuring uninterrupted northern supplies to the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation, and we have set our sights on the goal of making navigation through this route available year-round."
